I don't think Campos is an accomplice, I think he is a hero. I feel so much for him and believe he may be being used by MGM. I don't know if he is, but I do question it.

It sounds like SP was not liked giving orders, but his family was enthralled by him, and even seems to affirm his shallow "pimped" casino comp life style as indicative of real success- don't all successful people hang out at casinos to get doted on and give orders?

The enthrallment was probably due to SP not only being intelligent, but also being the first and only financial success the family had produced.

SP is a mirror image of another Los Angeles murder case. Like SP, the murderer grew up poor in socal and became a self made success through computer software (got into it before it was trendy) and real estate. He was described as a perpetual low to mid level jerk and a combination of genuine success and self promotion through out his life. He then ordered his enthralled family to murder two people for him.

Tucker and guest did not say anything negative about Campos other than he doesn't seem to of been licensed as a security guard. They said that law enforcement could not make him stay in the country. IMO they seem to be questioning if MGM Corp. had a reason to want him out of the country. It has been a question brought up several times here if MGM is trying to hide something.

Seems their goal to cause drama. Echoes of the earlier "he vanished!" prior to the five interviews. I think the media should leave him alone.

I don't think anyone's trying to frame him as an accomplice of SP, but I think he's being used as a pawn in the battle of LE and MB/MGM. LE wants to look like heroes and MB/MGM want to mitigate legal responsibility.

Pretty sure he would not have been granted permission if he asked to go to mexico, considering he is a key witness is worst mass murder in US history so “fled” probably is not all that much of a stretch. You two are the ones talking about CTs, i am talking about a prime time msm news report, if its a lie it will be easily proven wrong, until then it seems a development

-the private security firm that was guarding JC house was also behind on their operating business license. The vehicle used by Troy Goff (the person standing guard at JC ‘alleged’ home also had a license issue, though it was the license plate on his vehicle which was partially covered with a white towel...

-if MGM hired this firm to protect JC, I doubt it would involve any mysterious or delinquent status. Whoever hired them possibly couldn’t afford the price of a firm that had no issues.

ETA: I recognize JC is a victim.
I don’t believe we know the truth about the many surrounding mysteries in relation to him. I-e: employment, license, timeline, etc. IMO

Well, the sheriff said back on Oct 4 Campos would have surgery at a later date to remove the bullet. Is it not reasonable for the press (nor anyone else) to ask about the health status of this victim??? Plenty of reports on other victims... no HIPAA (and yes, that's the correct spelling ) violations there, right??

JC appeared on Ellen and gave an interview. He also has appeared publicly walking with a cane. Isn't that enough? Why is it our business? There were HUNDREDS wounded. Are we digging into their health records beyond what we have seen in the press thus far ?

HIPPA Laws are very strict and very serious. I take comfort in that . We all should. Any hospital, surgeon, physician, or allied health professional contacted by the press or individual, would automatically know to zip their lip or be the subject of a law suit, or potentially lose their license. Patient confidentiality is paramount.

If JC decided to speak publicly about his surgeries or health status ( And I believe that he already has) that is different. If he signs and gives permission for someone else to speak and share his protected health information that is also different.

I'm also stil not sure why we are so focused on his protected health information, as opposed to the 500 other victims.

JC has already put himself out there for public consumption. He stumbled on a mass murderer. HE warned others and activated 911. He helped save lives that day. He was shot. He is healing, mentally and physically.

What else are we entitled to and why?

I wasn't asking if anyone released his medical records nor did I ask if any new agency published his medical records. Campos wound was public knowledge... reported by the sheriff. I thought maybe there was follow-up information.

Maybe he will and maybe he’s already had it removed. It’s none of our business and IMO does not make a difference either way. No reason to discuss and speculate about it. JMO

I do think advising the public that "the hero" of the massacre in Las Vegas has successfully had the bullet removed is a follow up on his story. The question would raise my hinky meter if we are never told and the incident goes without explanation.

If you have a passport, what permission do you need from the US LE to enter Mexico? I don’t raise my hand and ask the govt if I’m allowed to go to Mexico for vacation. Why would he ask to go to Mexico? He has every right to get away from this circus for a few days if he feels the need. Would people criticize any other victim for leaving the country for a needed mental break from the insanity???

I think the question arose because that fox creature reported he had fled to mexico, implying the 'flight' was immediately after the shooting. A later excerpt clarified he took a drive as far as the Mexican border a week after the shooting, in a rental car.
I have no idea of whether its true or not.
But if it is, he never went to Mexico at all..
So the question arose following the initial, unredacted tweet regarding his competence to travel with a bullet in his leg.

Well my take/understanding is that he received medical attention on the night of the mass shooting

I work a full-time job. I do not have time to read every news report nor watch every video. For all I knew JC gave an update on his status... verbally or through a family member or representative. I was simply curious as to whether or not he finally had surgery... I suppose asking "when and where"(in my original post) was simply too direct, or maybe it was just too simple but interpreted as having broad connotations. I do not feel any sense of "entitlement" to know anything about any victim related to this case.

But, on a lighter note... tomorrow I will happily report to the surgeon (my employer) that so many people are sooooo well versed regarding HIPAA

-there has been only one *report from a friend or family member saying he was released a few hours after going to the hospital, and resting at home. If there is another report I missed it.
