For 2 adults, it can be illegal in certain jurisdictions but it's mostly a social taboo. I am searching for cases in which incest between adults has been prosecuted. It's considered child abuse if it happens between a child and parent.)

The defense attorneys appear to be working non-stop:

I constantly questioned why they would be outside, in the park, drinking beer in the cold, if Dad's apt was just across the street. Then I read that Dad's got a girlfriend in the apt. If the 18 yr old girl in agreement with the interaction with Dad, then even though it's disgusting, I don't think it's illegal. AND it doesn't give the other perps permission for what they have done. Now if their video shows the girl making a statement that 'sounds' like she is in agreement, that's another whole story.
Sometimes I wish I never heard these stories.

The problem with her "giving agreement" is that she was reportedly drunk according to LE. She may have drank something willingly, or she could have been slipped something in the drink but either way, you cannot legally give consent if you are intoxicated.

I had read about this before, but I really don't know how often this type of thing actually happens.

I don't know, lets ask Woody Allen. In a New Jersey incest is not illegal between consenting adults. In many other States it's only considered if the couple are blood relations. It's pretty disgusting but there you have it.

You're probably right, after one robbed and hit someone on the head with a baseball bat just three months ago and able to walk the streets free what's a little rape to these criminals... Most likely been getting away with crimes for a long time. Jmt

He's saying she said something to the effect of "This is great, let's go" and he knew she was a freak (kinky) because she was into what they were doing or going to be doing.

I think that's what he meant and I don't think she was a freak who was into it. I want to make that clear.
