AG Barr saying there's no crime specified, repetitious wording and no facts on Fox News. He also said the new attorney, Todd Blanche, brought on board left his law firm to participate in this case. Asked why would he do that he said, "he's never worked with Trump before" with a smirk. LOL - truth spoken there!

A doorman was paid $30k to cover up a child Trump had (with a maid?)

In one instance, American Media Inc. (“AMI”), paid $30,000 to a former Trump Tower doorman, who claimed to have a story about a child TRUMP had out of wedlock.

Trump was fingerprinted a person familiar with events said but not mugshotted. But people fundraising in his name aren’t wasting the opportunity and made their own mugshot, as this email that just landed shows

An email from Trump's 2024 campaign was sent advertising a t-shirt with a fake mug shot of former President Trump, with the phrase "NOT GUILTY" below it.

From 2018:

A former Trump World Tower doorman who says he has knowledge of an alleged affair President Donald Trump had with an ex-housekeeper, which resulted in a child, is now able to talk about a contract he entered with American Media Inc. that had prohibited him from discussing the matter with anyone, according to his attorney.

Marc Held -- the attorney for Dino Sajudin, the former doorman -- said his client had been released from his contract with AMI, the parent company of the National Enquirer, "recently" after back-and-forth discussions with AMI.

CNN has exclusively obtained a copy of the signed "source agreement" between Sajudin and AMI, which is led by David Pecker.

The press conference — during which Bragg is expected to address Trump's indictmentand the charges filed against the former president — is slated for 3:45 p.m., the Manhattan District Attorney's Office said. Bragg will address the media outside the Manhattan Criminal Court.

Stopped life to listen to the DA's presser.

So ... DA described an election conspiracy in statement of fact.
I'm not hearing that there are conspiracy charges.
(Perhaps DA decided NYS is not interested in going after the others b/c they are all cooperating?)

34 felony charges - all falsifying business records
SD related records only; using McD only as further proof of the conspiracy to catch/kill which is against election law

underlying these felony charges: layers of illegal activity - campaign finance laws, election laws, NY tax laws, conspiracies, lies - sounds like each falsely recorded check is a "statement" and a "lie".

IMO existence of an election conspiracy sobers/elevates the case beyond campaign finance law and "accounting peccadillos"

Others (conspirators) bring witness: testimony, tape, texts, emails, documentation of illegal in-kind campaign contributions.

Brace for motions and pleadings and change of venue demands from Trump Team.
See ya in December, for the next on this one, sounds like.
But ... see ya in May/June for Atlanta and Special Counsel indictments cases, sounds like.

Next hearing not till December. This is going to take a while, some lawyers said it might not go to trial till 2025.

And the prosecution said this is, you know, could be looked at as inciting violence. And they wanted Judge Merchan to, it seemed like they wanted him to give a gag order.

Judge Merchan said that, ‘no, he wouldn’t give a gag order.’ But he said to Mr. Trump and to his attorneys, ‘I don’t want to see this anymore.’ I don’t want to see, the next time that I see something like this, I might have a different idea about what I should do.
////
NBC News also added a bit of interesting color on the judge’s interactions with Trump. MSNBC producer Kyle Griffin relayed the report, which said, “In court, Trump showed no discernible emotion. He did, however, noticeably sigh when the judge warned he could be removed if he was disruptive. Trump sighed, and said, ‘I know.'”

ABC's team mentioned 2024 during primary season prior to Nov. election.

Whelp, that sure sounds like a STFU Order, which is Gag Order adjacent, I believe. :D and moo

"Trump sighed" when the judge hit him with that STFU Order.
