Remy told police in prior interviews Jenn left before he sent email at 10:53. Prior testimony found her phone linked to home wifi at 10:57

If Remy turn right when he came out of his house, and took Sheff road to 23, that's the long way -- 8 miles I think (he could go left, up to the lake, which would cut off a mile). Hee hee...at his present weight, I think the jury will have a hard time believing he ran 8 miles that morning.

Cobb told Remy he did not appear in any of the surveillance footage taken from businesses along the route he claimed to have run the morning his wife went missing.

Remy said, "I gotta be" and after he was told the only surveillance he appeared in was from the YMCA, he answered in question form saying, "That's the only video I'm on?"
