Good point! I think it's obvious to us that it's a homicide. But the official word from the defense team is that they dont have confirmation its her, or have a COD so why say come out with that comment?

The perp managed to scatter the evidence around town, so to speak.

yes you would think so. How realistic is it though that they had someone on him 24 hours a day for over 2 months? I think there is one other person involved in the cover up
