The previously referred to "witness" who saw James load the large duffel bag into Jeffrey's trunk is now referred to as an "informant":

According to a criminal complaint, an informant told authorities Rackover was seen late Saturday leaving his apartment building and putting a large duffel bag into the trunk of a black Mercedes with tinted windows that was registered to Rackover's father.

I know for a fact the guy in that video. I posted who he was but I didn't realize that wasn't allowed here and a moderator edited it. Not Joey. The guy isn't involved in this case. The video tags the guy who is in it.

You're ignoring the fact that none of the tags and titles of Max Gemma's Vines match the people in the videos...

I agree 100%. If you look up the guy tagged in the Vine on FB, then you'll see that the photos match exactly.

Joseph Comunale was allegedly stabbed to death by party boy and con man James Rackover after telling him he was leaving his late-night afterparty to go grab some smokes.

The other man who has been arrested in connection with the death, Lawrence Dillione, reportedly told police that after Rackover refused to let Comunale leave, the young man said to his host: 'What are you going to do about it?'

It is unclear what happened after this, or if this is possibly why Comunale could be seen leaving the apartment and then reentering around 7:30am on the day he was killed.

All had nice lives. Appear to be quite priveleged. James was given a new life on a silver platter.

I'm serious - why did they kill Joey? The cigarette argument? That's seems really strange. Maybe they did argue about Joey leaving (but why?), but how in the world would that escalate into murder.....a murder that was brutal to the physically fit and strong victim but left the faces of the other guys untouched.

They are all partying together, seems fine...and then Joey is stabbed, thrown from a window, burned, and buried in an abandoned lot.

Why? Given what we know, what scenario makes sense? We've tried a few out, but none answer all the questions.

Exactly!! None. No scenario would justify such a horrible argument and outcome.
Cigarettes. Drugs. Sex. Whatever! Such an effing overreaction to any situation.

Even if Joey was the biggest piece of trash (which, I happen to know, he was not!) stab him in the chest a dozen times? Throw him out the window? Burn him? Murder and bury him?! FFS!

MG isn't charged with concealment of human corpse (other 2 have that additional charge) and pros states evidence that James drove the car into NJ:

Roosevelt Drive and went through the Holland Tunnel into New Jersey. At 3 a.m. on Monday, the car crossed back into New York through the Holland Tunnel, and was back at Mr. Rackover&#8217;s building 15 minutes later.
