While I do suspect they may have met Joey before that night, that is not him in that vine video. (modsnip)
You're certainly entitled to your opinion. I should reiterate that before sharing this publicly I vetted this through three more active members in this thread and a moderator; all believe it to be Comunale. Keep in mind that this video is over three years old.

I wasn't able to watch it fully. I only saw a split second of it after I had posted my comment, but I was uncertain if it truly was him.

At first I did not think it was him. I went back and looked at his instagram. I do think it's him, he definitely had the muscles to rip a phone book in half.

I wish I could watch it, he definitely was strong enough to rip a phone book. But it comes on and then goes completely black. His face did not seem right, based on my snip I saw. But a true opinion can't be formed on a snip.

The previously referred to "witness" who saw James load the large duffel bag into Jeffrey's trunk is now referred to as an "informant":

According to a criminal complaint, an informant told authorities Rackover was seen late Saturday leaving his apartment building and putting a large duffel bag into the trunk of a black Mercedes with tinted windows that was registered to Rackover's father.

I was wondering what MG's involvement was... Is it possible he could have been the one who told police where the body was buried not LD all along? Not saying he accompanied them. I thought he was initially portrayed as a witness.

^^Respectfully BBM

No, we know that according to the complaint, LD is quoted as saying:

The complaint said that Mr. Dilione told a detective on Tuesday where Mr. Comunale’s body had been buried. “We took Joey’s body to Oceanport, N.J., and we buried it in a vacant lot.”

I know for a fact the guy in that video. I posted who he was but I didn't realize that wasn't allowed here and a moderator edited it. Not Joey. The guy isn't involved in this case. The video tags the guy who is in it.

Why?!?!?!?

Is that sarcastic? Lol. I can't tell anymore.

Geez. Why did they have to kill him? Stab him a dozen times in the chest!!
All had nice lives. Appear to be quite priveleged. James was given a new life on a silver platter.

They look alike and have a similar build.

Max Gemma, 29, was charged Tuesday with hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence. Unlike Rackover and Dilione, Gemma has not been charged with concealment of a human corpse. Prosecutors have not yet charged anyone with murder, but an NYPD spokesman said in November that Rackover and Dilione are expected to be charged with second-degree murder.

Gemma's exact role, if he did indeed play any, in the death of Comunale and the disposal of his body is currently unknown.

Dilione met Comunale while out partying the night of Saturday, Nov. 12 and brought him and three other women to a 4 a.m. party at Rackover's apartment.

The wounds suggested that Comunale was killed with a knife and that his body had been dropped from a high distance. A large duffel bag was discovered near the burial site.

Dilione, admitted to police that he and another man took Comunale's body to New Jersey. Dilione's LinkedIn profile lists him as the owner of Shore Point Roofing, a business located in the next town over from Oceanport.
