He gave her a month to change her attitude/actions, when she did not, he decided they were done. On top of that, TJ came home from work early one night (he works 3rd shift) and caught her on the couch with Steven.
Both girls are "daddy's girls", she may think IMO that if she can get Elaina away at this young age that she can change her feelings. Kylee did tell me yesterday that she slept with Elaina Sunday night on the floor.

In the video interview with TS (grandfather) he says that SK's parents stopped him at the front porch and kept him out there for 45 minutes when he first arrived. He also says that only SK, his mom JK and Angela were the only ones there. In the interview with TJ he says SK and a couple of his friends were there. What were these friends doing this whole time? Were they there the whole time or did they leave before TJ returned with TS? From what TS said he didn't seem to know these friends were there.

The way TS describes being stopped at porch and made to kept waiting 45 minutes when he first arrived makes me suspect SK's parents were stalling hoping he and TJ would just give up and leave. Glad they didn't! Did TJ tell his parents about SK's friends being there?

I think Angela and Steven know where baby Elaina is and I wonder if SK's parents and/or these friends do too. Where does Angela's dad live? Are here parents together? The route between Angela's dad's and SK's house should be checked.

WOAH! How did I miss that?! I'm sure Ferret shared all of that with the police and they're looking into it. And WTH does Angela's mom mean by "she looked like she had. Black eye and broken nose"? HUH?!?! How did this poor baby end up in a family filled with people who didn't care about or protect her. I'm not trying to judge or shame the family as they are victims but I'm just SO shocked.


Also, can anyone tell me what the custody arrangement between the parents was? I missed it somewhere.

I remembered wrong. She was answering about the previous week only.

We really need a FB page for sweet Elaina. It would make it much easier to organize searches, share her poster and the like. Maybe FM could check with TJ and see if he would allow it.
 
I really wonder if dogs have been used yet.

I also hate to ask, but were garbage cans in the neighborhood checked? I really hope that she is just hidden, but we have read too often how many times the garbage is used to dispose and how hard it is to recover if they do not check right away. :(
 
Does she know anyone in Florida? It was mentioned she wanted to go there. Who was supposed to go with her? Could that person already have left with Elaina and is planning on meeting up with them? Either they need to strong arm those 2 or back off and she where she goes. IMO

This is what happens when public feel or when it's CLEAR that a parent is involved . They do not search with the same intensity and dedication they do when they think a stranger has kidnapped a baby. How many cases have we seen it happen in? Not only is Elaina a victim of foul play, babies in the future will not get the public's attention because parents keep disappearing their children. Shame !
 
I said it before, I suspect Elaine was already taken somewhere else long before TJ arrived. Perhaps some time in the morning or the previous night. And everything that happened when TJ arrived was an act.

Playing with the idea that Angela or SK brought her somewhere anonymously, to a hospital or church, because of her injuries.

Wouldn't a baby cry and scream loud and for a long time if she received injuries that led to a bloody and broken nose and a black eye? Did nobody hear that?

I suspect SK snuck out of the house to get rid of drugs, anticipating that TJ and his father would come in looking for Elaine.

There was a lot of garbage can searching going on in the beginning, both by police and neighbours, volunteers.
 
One would assume that if someone did have her they would possibly be getting a little annoyed at having to look after a 17 month old for such a time, depending on the person of course......Also if she was still local surely neighbours would notice if there was an extra child in someone's care.

I wonder if SK has any friends or Family that live on a farm or a more secluded area.

A 17 month old child with oral thrush that can spread and/or cause throat infections if left untreated. If somebody is hiding her or knows where she is they really need to speak up before things get even worse.
