Severe penalties, emotional victim statements expected at Wagner sentencing
"I don't know how he gets anything less than multiple consecutive life sentences," legal analyst says.local12.com
CINCINNATI (WKRC) – George Wagner IV’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for early Monday morning, five and a half weeks after a jury of nine women and three men took less than eight hours to find him guilty on all 22 charges for his role in the 2016 Pike County massacre.
i think there may have been a hearing for gw3 on 12/15?Thank you! It was that previous post that listed the motion hearing on 12/15 - so was confused. I shall add that to my notes! Thanks again!
Pike county time 10:30ish .10am EST and I do believe it will be live on Law and Crime's Youtube channel!
GW4?Per "normal" protocol, GW3 will be returned to Scioto county jail until the paperwork is completed for transfer to State custody. Then he will be transferred to (more than likely) Orient Reception Center. It "normally" takes 1-2 weeks to happen after sentencing, but I emphasize the word NORMAL simply because this case has been anything but normal. All MOO.
Hope this works. It’s a link to transcript (Adobe Acrobat) of Jake’s testimony.

Thanks for information. I thought George would go to the Ohio prison intake reception center this Monday.
When your out on Bond or house arrest and then go to court and get a prison sentence, the judge decides if you report to prison at a later date, or if you go to prison that day.
If you are immediately remanded to prison you skip jail and go straight into the Ohio prison system = the intake reception center.
Since George has been in jail over 4 years it makes sense that he could be sent back to his current jail and then paper work gets processed in order to transfer him to State prison.
So it looks like he will spend his 4th Christmas in jail. Maybe New Years Eve in a prison reception center?
Stay tuned. I will be watching for his new prison mugshot, taken the day an inmate arrives at the reception center.
And I will be watching to see what prison he is sent to and what his prison classification will be.

Classification
Level 1 - The lowest security level in the classification system. As part of the 3-Tier prison system, Level 1 inmates are granted the highest levels of privilege and autonomy whenever possible (subject to operational needs of the facility). Incarcerated individual behavior at Level 1 is expected to be rule compliant and pro-social and Level 1 individuals are eligible for admission to Reintegration Units.
Level 2 - A security level for individuals who are deemed in need of more supervision than Level 1, but less than Level 3. A double perimeter, razor ribbon reinforced, alarmed and patrolled fence is required for this level of security. Individuals tend to receive greater autonomy and freedom of movement during the day so as to encourage pro-social behavior and programming as part of the 3-Tier prison system. Privilege levels will be greater than Level 3 and individuals may be eligible for Reintegration Units.
Level 3 - The security level that is the next degree higher than Level 2, and requires more security/supervision than Level 2, but less than Level 4. A double perimeter, razor ribbon reinforced, alarmed and patrolled fence is required for this level of security. As part of the 3-Tier prison system, Level 3 is considered General Population, but is designed for individuals who are more likely to, or have previously engage(d), in disruptive prison behavior.
Level 4 -The security level that is the next degree higher than Level 3, and requires more security/supervision than Level 3. It represents the primary security level for Control Units in the 3-Tier System. The physical security requirements for Level 4 may vary based on the overall physical structure of the facility.
ERH - A security level for individuals who commit or lead others to commit violent, disruptive, predatory, riotous actions, or who otherwise pose a serious threat to the security of the institution as set forth in the established ERH criteria. ERH represents the highest level of security possible in the 3-Tier System and is reserved for those who cannot be safely managed at any lower security level.
I am sure AW did all she could to push the issue that SW had to be in HER household.Okay. He more than likely won't be transferred to Orient Reception Center until after the holidays, but who knows wtf goes on with this cluster ^$*% case from day to day. I do know we just had a female sentenced in our court on Friday to 10-15 years, and she got sent back to county. Oh well, he's not going anywhere so it doesn't really matter when he transfers just glad he will be.
IIRC the minimum sentence per murder charge is 20 years so times that by 8= 160 years if consecutive and that's not including gun specs plus all other charges. One way or another, he'll come out in a body bag.
The thing that really ticks me off is AW, she should be going right along with her demon offspring and serving the same... life x 8 plus.
Today is the day. Will make sure to catch the hearing at 10 this morningMonday, December 19th:

I do believe AW should be in the LWOP group. I dont understand the reasoning behind her getting the deal she got. From what I hear d she was the ringleader in all of this.Okay.
