Do I have this right?

Didn't Jake say he shot Chris in the arm but Billy killed Chris, Gary and Kenny?

And didn't Jake say Billy also shot Frankie?

When did Jake say Billy shot Frankie?

This is the closest we have come to learning who shot Chris, Gary and Kenny.

Jake said George didn't shoot anyone but wasn't there a cluster of shots on the trailer that showed someone had a good aim? And George was the better hunter, plus hunted at night, so those shots could have been from George. Also, didn't Jake say he closed his eyes when shooting Chris? Just sounds like George would have had a better chance of hitting Chris in the arm.

I think Jake was protecting George about shooting. Canepa said Jake's proffer says George didn't shoot anyone, but she said the prosecution ISN'T SAYING THAT and there is a difference.

Maybe the prosecution thinks George shot Chris's trailer and shot his arm.

At any rate, if Billy goes through with his trial, maybe the shooting of Chris, Gary and Kenny will become a bit more clearer. Without a direct confession from George and Billy, it is harder to get to the truth of the shooting of those 3.

But the thing about Billy shooting Frankie really confuses me.

Guns were found at FWF where Billy lived. Here is a gun next to a bed on top - of all things - a Bible story book! Billy was raised with the Bible and guns. He chose crime and shooting people rather than sticking to Biblical teachings.

Per "normal" protocol, GW4 will be returned to Scioto county jail until the paperwork is completed for transfer to State custody. Then he will be transferred to (more than likely) Orient Reception Center. It "normally" takes 1-2 weeks to happen after sentencing, but I emphasize the word NORMAL simply because this case has been anything but normal. All MOO.

Thanks for information. I thought George would go to the Ohio prison intake reception center this Monday.

When your out on Bond or house arrest and then go to court and get a prison sentence, the judge decides if you report to prison at a later date, or if you go to prison that day.

If you are immediately remanded to prison you skip jail and go straight into the Ohio prison system = the intake reception center.

Since George has been in jail over 4 years it makes sense that he could be sent back to his current jail and then paper work gets processed in order to transfer him to State prison.

So it looks like he will spend his 4th Christmas in jail. Maybe New Years Eve in a prison reception center?

Stay tuned. I will be watching for his new prison mugshot, taken the day an inmate arrives at the reception center.

And I will be watching to see what prison he is sent to and what his prison classification will be.

Okay. He more than likely won't be transferred to Orient Reception Center until after the holidays, but who knows wtf goes on with this cluster ^$*% case from day to day. I do know we just had a female sentenced in our court on Friday to 10-15 years, and she got sent back to county. Oh well, he's not going anywhere so it doesn't really matter when he transfers just glad he will be.

IIRC the minimum sentence per murder charge is 20 years so times that by 8= 160 years if consecutive and that's not including gun specs plus all other charges. One way or another, he'll come out in a body bag.

The thing that really ticks me off is AW, she should be going right along with her demon offspring and serving the same... life x 8 plus.

Hanna Rhoden's baby girl (5 days old), another baby (6 mos.) & a young child (3) were unharmed. (April 21-22, 2016, Pebbles) – for *George Washington Wagner IV (27/now 31) (Jakes’ bro) indicted (11/12/18), arrested (11/13/18), charged (11/15/18) & arraigned (11/28/18) with 8 counts aggravated murder, (plus gun specifications on each), 1 count of 1st degree conspiracy, 4 counts of 1st degree aggravated burglary, 1 count of 5th degree unlawful possession of dangerous ordnance, 3 counts of 3rd degree evidence tampering, 1 count of 5th degree forgery, 1 count of 5th degree unauthorized use of computer or telecommunications, 1 count of 4th degree interception of wire, oral or electronic communication, 1 count of 5th degree obstructing justice, & 1 count of 1st degree engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. I am sure AW did all she could to push the issue that SW had to be in HER household.
SW had to be saved from everyone else.

I do believe AW should be in the LWOP group. I dont understand the reasoning behind her getting the deal she got. From what I hear d she was the ringleader in all of this.
