I doubt she would produce more, but maybe at least in the short term whatever milk was already there could have been drank. I don't know though.. I nursed all 4 of my children and sometimes even fully awake and trying, getting them latched took some work. I don't know that a 4 day old could have gotten herself latched unless she was just in the perfect position. My experience was the more upset the baby got the harder it was to get them calmed down to latch. I hope the baby was comforted at least for a while by being close to her mom during that time even if she wasn't able to nurse. It's horrific to even consider any of it.

I get it, there might have been milk still available. Yea, there's no way that baby could have latched on.

Yes there was some chatter about Jake's version that she looked at him.. remember this? Then on cross they were asking the coroner about her body position then AC re direct with follow up. I think there is something there to this.. like she was moved and only Jake would know that.

I think Jake HOPED that she saw him.

I was trying to find information on it for a poster who asked about it, they wanted to know if it was mentioned in court that Jake shot Hanna.

I also believe he shot little Chris, Dana, Frankie and HG. And shot Chris Sr. in the arm from a distance.

OK, Jake officially implicated George @RAISINISBACK take note.

If the jury unanimously agrees that Jake's testimony is true, I believe George will for sure be convicted of murder.

Everyone let's pay attention to any tweets and articles we can find of how Nash is going to question Jake about this. What can Nash say to Jake and the jury to convince the jury that Jake is lying?

That no, George wasn't at the scenes, didn't wear the shoes, didn't disguise himself, didn't hide in or get involved with the murder truck, didn't take along his SKS gun......etc......(I just read somewhere that George went with Jake to buy the murder truck which adds to George's involvement)

This testimony is so damning for the defense it could be what sends George to prison for life.

So they finally showed some evidence against George. Good. I was wondering when this would stop being Jake's show all the way. Him and Angie's. I saw earlier what Billy said about killing SW. All I got to say now is:

Find a tall tree, buy 4 new ropes and hang them all.

When your brother testifies against you and says you helped kill 8 people then it is all over in my mind. You are guilty.

Jake being the huge coward he is didn't dare show his face on camera. Does he think that will save him in prison? He better think again.

George4 could have opted to stay at home with the kids and let AngelaWagner go on the murderspree. He had a choice. He made a choice.

He could have opted to report them before they did this. Even if he didn't think they would go though with it.

Or he could have walked in PCSO the next morning and cut a plea deal for immunity if he really didn't kill anyone, and the last 6 1/2 years would have been all over before it began.

Well now I am back to being convinced they are all guilty. So everyone can welcome me back. lol

I just referenced a medical forum where a similar question was posed on whether a deceased, lactating mother's last milk could be captured by a breast pump and the answer is a rather technical "no." Somebody should tell that cold-blooded killer to thank the first responder that recovered the baby quickly or he'd be facing another murder charge.

Consider the mechanism that releases milk from the breast. When a baby begins to suck at the breast, it doesn’t get milk right away; it takes a several seconds before the milk begins to flow. Stimulation of the nipple and areola by the baby’s mouth triggers spinal nerve signals that are conducted to the hypothalamus of the brain. The hypothalamus stimulates the posterior pituitary gland to secrete the hormone oxytocin.

In other words, a dead woman can't secrete oxytocin to stimulate contractile cells in the breast.

The recent tweets from Angelette Levy (sp?) say he testified to shooting Chris Jr., Frankie, HG, and he did shoot Chris Sr. from afar. (oops missed Dana.. edited to add her because he admitted to killing her too) He was aiming for his head and missed (I do think that silencer made the shot off) then he shot a few more times and that's when Billy shot from inside the house.

Below is all my opinion.
Maybe this is the point that Billy said he saw the look on Chris Sr face when he realized what happened. He had been shot in the arm and could hear other shots coming toward the house and then he realized Billy was behind it.. I can only hope that Gary took that opportunity to punch him good before he too was shot. Maybe that is what left Billy's face looking like it did in the photos we see of Gary's funeral.

Espeically because Jake's "deal" was not a sweet deal like Angela's. They didn't really make a deal with the devil here.. I mean they did, but he will never get out of prison and while being put to death is the final step above LWOP, he could have went to trial and still got LWOP so not really getting much for his testimony and if he lies, he still could get the DP.. so it isn't really like he was bribed to say lies so he can get out of prison early or pin it all on his brother to take the fall. Seems everything is actually showing the opposite. He loves his brother, says he didn't shoot anyone, would love for him to be out of prison, wants the DP off the table for him too, is willing to tell the story so not only himself is spared the DP, but his family also. It is not like any other deal I have heard of. Not much of a motivation to lie here.. seems the opposite. Motivation would be to tell the truth to the best he can recall so he isn't sentenced to DP.

I can hear the defense now.. "so Jake you were told you will never get out of prions again you will die there and you said yes I understand that.. an you also requested that the DP be removed from your dad and your brother if you testify truthfully.. yes that's true. So you are here today lying under oath and because of that you could not face the DP and so could George..

There is where I have to disagree. Jake loves no one but Jake. And maybe his sicko mom.

Maybe the reason she was so afraid of children being molested is because she molested Jake and George when they were children. In other words, it takes one to know one.

I have waivered back and forth on if I really think George WANTED to do this or if I think he literally got roped into it because he always went along with everyone's criminal plans. I do think both boys were controlled and manipulated for a long long time so their concept of normal and acceptable was obviously warped. They all felt these crimes like stealing from larger company's, insurance fraud, stealing gas, etc. it all seemed like par for the course to them.

Did George hear some of these plans and think like many others that were around the W's.. it's just fish stories, blowing off steam, not really gonna happen.. etc. Then at some point though he had to have realized this is for real, not just talk and threats, but it's happening. I guess only he knows the answer to that. George is the only one that can answer for George's motives and actions. Jake can say what he saw, what he knows George knew or talked about, what they discussed, but the reason it doesn't make sense to many of us is because there is no sense to be made of it.

I was really struck by the description of Jake testifying while chained and shackled and wearing the shirt that said inmate. Just an observation. Imo.

I would have had a hard time not laughing if I had been in that courtroom.

This makes sense. Without being graphic or too personal.. lol I can verify there is a gap in time from the baby beginning to nurse and the milk as I called it "letting go"... in the first few months I could actually feel an odd sensation like uneasy feeling lasting just a few moments, but it's hard to explain.. just a feeling that often made me cringe and then you can actually physically feel the milk let down. There is scientific reasons for that and maybe it's just what you described the spinal nerves.... Almost like hitting your funny phone, but not painful just that moment of ughhhh well that happens when milk lets down. (I know it sounds odd, breastfeeding is this amazing bond forming thing, but it isn't all sunshine and roses..lol) So with that said it does make sense that the milk even already produced and ready to go might not be able to release if her brain function stopped.

So what if they say, I did it. This is where I struggle. If an attorney thinks their client did it, that's one thing, but if they tell them they did, can the attorney legally present a different theory in court or how does that work?

Speaking of Jake in State prison, because he killed nursing mothers, a teenager, people sleeping, etc...
And because of his notoriety, he could be attacked and then put in lock-down, protective custody, for his own protection.

Then he would be alone in a cell with no access to benefits inmates receive in the general population. A prison within a prison. Sorta like being isolated the way death penalty inmates are isolated.

So he did not want to sit on death row, but serving a sentence isolated mostly 24/7, is like a living death. On top of that he will most likely be flagged as a flight risk because of the breaking out of jail conversations, so I predict maximum security placement for him.

He is classified as level #5 in his jail now, the highest security classification I believe.

Note the extra precautions taken just for him to walk through the courthouse today.
