Oh JohnnyBBad, you are pulling my leg, huh?:D The W's were too big to fit in any "smaller vehicle.":D But, you bring up something they shouldn't have done, "bury" anything. JOHNNYB,
if you were disposing of firearms, brass catchers, silencers, flash suppressors, shoes with "no wear patterns".... How would you do it? Oh yeah, and how would one disguise the tread pattern on a vehicle, anyways?? I am thinking, Use someone else's vehicle??? If I was inclined to commit a crime..."Hey JohnnyB, can I borrow your car for a few hours?" (Ps, that is why I came to the conclusion on the vehicles, at least one, was borrowed....unless they were only driven on surface roads, and never left a pattern in the dirt.) THIS IS REALLY WHY JW went there that night, so the TREAD PATTERN of the vehicle would already be there and he would have an excuse. So, I am thinking about vehicle #2 being a borrowed vehicle.
That's all I got, IQ.

Did someone see JW there that night or is it just him saying he was there?

It’s been so long it’s difficult, is it not, to recall details?
I cannot remember about KRs gun.
I just so wish this was going to trial soon. Or that one of the four “rolls over”. We can assume LE is telling each one individually that another is “talking”. So, maybe, just maybe Jake will roll over. He seems to need his mom to assist in his decisions. Now, for the first time in his life, he’s totally on his own.

KR2 said that her father slept with a firearm nearby, but, she didn't know if it was found at the scene.

Kendra Rhoden wonders if the loaded gun her dad kept near his head while he slept was also taken. She also doesn’t understand why her light-sleeping father wasn’t startled awake before he was shot once in the right eye. To her, that indicates he must have known or trusted his killer.

In Pike County, family clings to hope

Good question Dudly, I recall Mrs. Rhoden receiving a phone call that made her upset (per her coworkers) .... perhaps there is "text evidence" to which we have not been privy....along the lines, "JW was here with a court order and took SW, claiming it was his week for visitation." Gosh, I wish I knew...but I can't very well ask the victims or the prosecutors for verification. Probably a good question to put in the "maybe column." Hopefully your question will jog some memories.

Great question, continued...but I did find this article, 3 months after the massacre, "But Wagner picked her up a day earlier than normal: "I reckon we ...

Has anyone viewed any published/recorded statements that contradicts those earlier statements?

(I can not log in because I would have 87 newspapers billing my credit card just for research...Whatever happened to the good old days when they made their money selling advertising? Or when cable promised me commercial free viewing? Sounded like a deal at $15 per month 20 years ago....grrrrrr.)

I tend to believe the victims grew pot. IMO, the Rs lived free of a few rules. Growing mj is a trend. Some states no longer penalize mj. Canada will be short of legal mj to put under the christmas tree.

But if we were to discover that the perps brought these pot plants on the scene to cover up their crime, I would believe it too. I am guessing these plants must be young and suppported with very little or no equipment otherwise we would have seen something coming out of the homes.

The defendants had a dispute with the victims. I imagine a few people knew about it. If the perps planned their crime thoroughly, they had to think of a way to cover it up.

Sorry, to create confusion again. Yes, I believe Chris Sr and Kenneth grew pot; I meant that, taken all together (the pot and the money strewn on Kenneth's body) could be a set up to look like a drug deal that turned violent that took place at Kenneth's house... leading to everyone having to be killed. But, for 200 plus plants an entire family is murdered? That's been hard to believe all along imo.

The killers could have brought over pot plants... some at a time and hidden them in the woods and brought them into Chris Sr's house on the night of the murders. That might explain what some see as "extra time" spent at Chris Sr's trailer that night. It's possible and is a good theory imo. But, if they were going to set up the Rhoden family to look like they were big, bad drug pushers, I think they would have used something more lethal... oxycodone or heroin or meth... spill a little on the floor and a table... razor blades, etc... something that would ruin the Rhoden name near and far, and much easier to tote around.

So, of the four, any guesses on the first Roll Over?

On another note, Angela must be so livid. Lmbo. Nothing for her to “manage” now, except maybe what time to make her bunk.

I obviously don't know this family at all but I'm guessing nobody in the family is going to "roll". What's more, I don't think the prosecution is going to offer or accept any deals. "The largest murder investigation in Ohio's history" is going to trial(s) imo. I think the cases are solid as they stand but that might just be wishful thinking on my part. We have no detailed information as to what the state has but I saw what looked like confidence in Governor Dewine and Sheriff Reader at the news conference on the day of the arrests.

I think on the contrary. I feel one will blame the other three and/or Big Daddy will want to take all the blame. Don’t you think one is gonna say “I NEVER shot anyone” and open the door for discussion?
The arrests w/awesome! Such precision. So much collaboration.

But, I do think they all shot someone. I think that would have been part of the deal.
And, I think they would know shooting 1 person or 2 is the same charge and punishment as shooting 5 or 7 or whatever. The worked in concert and that's all it takes and their attorneys have surely explained all this to them by now.
As I say, I don't know them so I can only have an opinion... if they were crazy enough to all agree to kill 8 people, then a sick cohesiveness must exist, imo... so, I think they're crazy enough to stick together.
The selfish motivation, however is strongest, imo... the idea that saying nothing is best because I think they all 4 believe they'll still, somehow, get away with these murders. If they turn, then they'd have to tell their story, or their part in it, and then gone is the opportunity to somehow weasel out of it. It would be blowing their own covers, iow. Nope, I think they're going to play,
"You got the wrong people. We didn't kill anybody," all the way until the end.
But, who knows.

Yes, the arrests were laser focused, too. LE's adrenaline must have been soaring... the day they worked so hard towards had finally come.

Pepper, I know what you mean but I still feel one of the four is gonna take a “shot” at getting out. The boys are not real bright & I think can be tripped up by slick LE. I also think DP scares the heck out of them.
Even if one rolls, I don’t expect it will help. I think he will still get lwop.
As I stated, the kicker is the lack of communication between them. It must be killing AW. Can’t you picture her on her bunk wondering what the boys are talking about?

The Rhodens where killed somewhere around daybreak so how did they have time disposing of the murder equipment, think real hard the cop where talking with the Wagners a few hours after they discovered the Rhodens, what would you do?

I found this on the WS FB page. Very interesting.

An Inside Look at the Rhoden Family Murders
http://blog.doctoroz.com/oz-experts...dZ8VKAAg5g9BghDm6RWm3-KhONqPzKwxn8TnGUCBiuoW8

Interesting perspective...And quite heart-wrenching to read this part:

"Was Dana in the middle of this custody dispute, fostering it, shielding Hanna, providing resources for her that kept Jake from getting custody? Maybe. Regardless, whoever killed Dana Rhoden didn’t like her, was very angry with her, and wanted to see her suffer and cause her deliberate pain."

:(

I never saw a metal detector, if I had the hole already dug I could bury a full size truck at 6ft deep in 20 minutes!

Great question, one I can’t answer. They had at least planned out disposal/hiding strategies.
Personally, I think arrests could have been much sooner, at least for one or twobWs. But, LE waited....waited....waited until such time they could take down the entire family. Like the Ws did to the Rs. Imagine what they found in all the months of tailing them. Lol

The world is watching how they handle it.

Sure, they can. I expect they will.

FW has her affairs mainly in LLCs, she’s a shrewd biz woman. Great attorneys, CPAs, etc. her assets are protected.
Personally, I bet she’s livid over the events and the arrests.
If anything, she has concern for the boys. For the apples didn’t fall far from the tree.
Her other children, B & R seem to be normal, productive adults. I think their presence in court isn’t a show of support as much as an eagerness to know what’s next.
If any of the 4 was bonded out, hard to guess whom they’d go after next.
The “John Doe” prob’ won’t be revealed until trial. I’m sure “John” is under 24/7 protection.
