I don't want to start a discussion on pro or con, but as everyone here has read I was raised strict Pentecoastal. IMO my son is addicted to religion/Bible. He is 100% pro life.

Although I personally would never have gotten an abortion, I do not believe it is my right to judge others. If a woman does not want a child she has conceived and can live with the fact she had an abortion, then so be it. Again it is not my place to judge and not my sin so therefore not my business.

My son and I have had many arguments over this to the point it is a forbidden subject in my house and his (hubby lowered the hammer on us with that at a family dinner a few years back) so we no longer argue about it.

But I will say this. Almost every single anti-abortion law introduced into Congress on both the state and federal level has been introduced by a man who did not have to have the child or in most cases raise it.

Something to ponder over when you need a break from this case.

I was brought up Pentecostal as well, Pentecostal Holiness, from as far back as memory serves (we were not of the snake handling, or poison drinking, branch though). I was permitted to wear, go places, and do things that other kids in the church were not, as my mother had been raised Pentecostal, but not extremely strict, and my father was raised Methodist. My mother was even a teacher, for many years, in the adult Sunday classes, which was odd in Pentecostal Churches around here. She also wore her hair short, wore makeup, pretty clothing, and jewelry. I guess I really have no affiliation these days, except for a little local Baptist Church, that I attend, on occasion, these days.

I personally feel that my rights end, where yours begin, though, no matter my religious upbringing/leanings.

FCSO later retracts the statement. I think the W's were into trafficking. I think they were making good money at it, good enough to pay cash for a 175000.00 house. But with the murders came increased scrutiny and a radical decrease in cash flow. I think the last year has been hard on them with the law nosing around and them unable to do business as usual.

In addition I think CR1 was doing some trafficking also. You basically had a man who was unemployed. Yes I have seen the ragged tarp covered trailers in the photos. But think about this, Around 2014 if I remember RSD1200's research right, CR1 began buying property. He also acquired his sisters interest in his fathers land. I think this was because he paid them for that. Then there is that huge new barn built around 2014 also. Yes they did return some of the cars to family (we have no way of knowing if they returned all of them or not), but think how much CR1 had invested in those cars. I have been doing some checking and even if they were taken to the metal scrap yard they would have brought between 400 to 600 dollars each. Some of those cars looked pretty new or at least not old junkers. He was buying them at auction so we have to assume others were bidding on them so I am thinking some of those cars brought around 5000.00 each. Then you have the heavy equipment he had. Even used that is very expensive. I looked up some bulldozers, dump trucks ect and even those made in 1995 goes for 15000.00 and some higher than that at almost 30000.00 Speaking of 30000.00 cash, he paid that much down on DR's new home. So all in all, even if CR1 looked dirt poor, he was making enough money to buy all that stuff in just a couple of years. He did not make that money buying and selling cars, some of it yes, but the profit margin would have been very low. He had to buy the car, buy parts tag it, and then he wasn't selling them very high so he wasn't getting rich doing it. he did not make that much money doing an occasional job for BBL.

Did DR know? I think so. I think that's why she left him and moved into a house of her own.

Did LM know? It's doubful, but I do think BJM most definitely did.

Did KR know? Absolutely, but I don't think he was heavily involved in it other than maybe making a few "auction" runs. DS I feel sure knew.

JM I think was a part of it, although a very limited part as his financials are not as clear, but AM came up with 8000.00 pretty fast. I am certain AM's family were all involved so at the very least her and JM knew.

Maybe RSD1200 can refresh us on the timeline that those cars and buildings began appearing on the UHR property.

All this is JMO.

I think they may have been trying to start their own car sales and derby car business, and CR1 used a lot of the equipment at BBL. I'm very curious about some BBL too. I know that STC was letting them sell their cars on their lots. All of the Rhoden men seemed to be good at shadetree mechanics, which is becoming a lost art. It seems to me, what the were doing, is selling older model cars that were not worth fixing for the insurance companies, so they bought and fixed them, and re-titled them. It's something that you have to keep a lot of paperwork to do or re-title them. (I found this out when I'd totaled my m/c, bought it back from the insurance company, repaired it, and then got a salvage title, so I could get it insured and ride it again. Strict rules b/c of vehicle and parts thieving.) They were likely paying the STC some percent (they own BBL too) for allowing them to show their cars there until they could get their own shop. If you sell over so many, per so many months, you have to get a dealers license, so they may have been selling them under STC.

Is this the info re; the land timeline?

BR is Brandon's father. TR has one son who is also named Tony. TR seems very close w/his mother. Protective. BR is the eldest son and TR is next. The female siblings don't seem to have gotten anything for their part of the land. (That can, even though they probably signed it over willingly, still leave a burr under the saddle years later.)

The family also fixed up and sold those cars together, then, with the amount of pot they were raising, it may not be a huge amount, but it would have given them a decent amount of extra cash, un-taxed, even after it was split up, in addition to any other under-the-table work they did for BBL, or shade-tree mechanic work, or just work that they did for barter. Barter is still a way of life in small communities. They did not seem to live an extravagant lifestyle (other than their hobby of derbies and they did their own mechanics and welding with that). KR had recently landed a job too, which I found it odd, that he would be taking a day off that soon to just go work on cars w/DS (New job and all, js.).

Based on Google Earth and the Pike County Property Maps:
In as early as 2005, it appears that the smaller garage was there, between CR1 & FR's trailer, and large gardens were raised on the property.

FR's trailer was there as early as 2009 from what I can tell, and it looks as if someone, most likely KR was living in the yellow house.

In 2010 there was no trailer on Camp Creek. In 2014 there is one. It appears that CR1 bought the property in 2010.

In 5/2012 there was no large barn, and it still appears someone may be living in the yellow house. There is only one camper on the Left Fork address (KR) and I think it was rented to someone.

In 2014, the large barn appears.

In 2014 the Left Fork property gains a couple campers or a camper and outbuilding.

After the appearance of the large barn, the property begins to become more cluttered. The gardens appear to be no more.

I have wondered throughout this if there could have been some sort of inner split among the closer knit members, and one was possibly involved, but taken out at the end, so as to not leave any witnesses. Idk. I think we are going to be very surprised even with all of our theories, when this finally shakes out.

Edit: BR has another son, Jacob.

Note: I think the females may have signed the land over willingly b/c they may not have wanted to have to help with any upkeep. Upkeep takes time and money.

I don't think anyone has ever cleared that up, about how he happened to be home, and at her house, on a day that would normally be a work day (maybe he was laid off). I thought he may have heard the call go out on a scanner, for LE/EMTs to head to CR1's place, and went to DR's house to tell her in person, something bad may have happened, and to take her to CR1's.

I don't see LE allowing her and a friend to walk into the trailer on the same property where two other folks were brutally murdered. I don't think the W's are "hurting" that much for cash. They sold a lot of livestock/belongings before leaving. They "sold" their property/home (or land contract). They have their family/church helping and supporting them. In the "Chris Graves" article from Alaska, she reported that in Alaska they have a "58 billion Permanent Fund that provides a 1000 dollar check to every Alaska resident annually. Two parents, two brother's and 2 children would add up to 6000 dollars a year. (I don't know what time of year, it wasn't reported). I'm sure the small place they live in now will be upgraded as soon as possible in the future. Their just waiting till the "lasor focus" is over on them, before moving again.

They won't be eligible for that right away. By this it looks like the couldn't get it until 2019? Am I right?

I think they may have been trying to start their own car sales and derby car business, and CR1 used a lot of the equipment at BBL. I'm very curious about some BBL too. I know that STC was letting them sell their cars on their lots. All of the Rhoden men seemed to be good at shadetree mechanics, which is becoming a lost art. It seems to me, what the were doing, is selling older model cars that were not worth fixing for the insurance companies, so they bought and fixed them, and re-titled them. It's something that you have to keep a lot of paperwork to do or re-title them. (I found this out when I'd totaled my m/c, bought it back from the insurance company, repaired it, and then got a salvage title, so I could get it insured and ride it again. Strict rules b/c of vehicle and parts thieving.) They were likely paying the STC some percent (they own BBL too) for allowing them to show their cars there until they could get their own shop. If you sell over so many, per so many months, you have to get a dealers license, so they may have been selling them under STC.

Is this the info re; the land timeline?

BR is Brandon's father. TR has one son who is also named Tony. TR seems very close w/his mother. Protective. BR is the eldest son and TR is next. The female siblings don't seem to have gotten anything for their part of the land. (That can, even though they probably signed it over willingly, still leave a burr under the saddle years later.)

The family also fixed up and sold those cars together, then, with the amount of pot they were raising, it may not be a huge amount, but it would have given them a decent amount of extra cash, un-taxed, even after it was split up, in addition to any other under-the-table work they did for BBL, or shade-tree mechanic work, or just work that they did for barter. Barter is still a way of life in small communities. They did not seem to live an extravagant lifestyle (other than their hobby of derbies and they did their own mechanics and welding with that). KR had recently landed a job too, which I found it odd, that he would be taking a day off that soon to just go work on cars w/DS (New job and all, js.).

Based on Google Earth and the Pike County Property Maps:
In as early as 2005, it appears that the smaller garage was there, between CR1 & FR's trailer, and large gardens were raised on the property.

FR's trailer was there as early as 2009 from what I can tell, and it looks as if someone, most likely KR was living in the yellow house.

In 2010 there was no trailer on Camp Creek. In 2014 there is one. It appears that CR1 bought the property in 2010.

In 5/2012 there was no large barn, and it still appears someone may be living in the yellow house. There is only one camper on the Left Fork address (KR) and I think it was rented to someone.

In 2014, the large barn appears.

In 2014 the Left Fork property gains a couple campers or a camper and outbuilding.

After the appearance of the large barn, the property begins to become more cluttered. The gardens appear to be no more.

I have wondered throughout this if there could have been some sort of inner split among the closer knit members, and one was possibly involved, but taken out at the end, so as to not leave any witnesses. Idk. I think we are going to be very surprised even with all of our theories, when this finally shakes out.

Happy to help! No problem with changes. Timelines have to change as we go along, it helps to figure things out. We can add your information about the changes in the Rhoden properties, too. I recall some people using Google Maps to establish that timeline re the barn, buildings, etc. back in the early days of the investigation, but I had forgotten the details. Especially if you live in a region where folks cannot afford new cars. If you can buy vehicles that have been totaled because of moderate body damage, maybe the air bags deployed (Insurance will total out a decent car with air bags deployed). If someone has a body shop and knows how to reinstall the airbags and do other repairs, yes, they can turn a good profit. People are looking for cheap cars to get to and from doctor's appointments, school, work, etc... What may be cheap to someone else may be expensive to another person. I'd likely not take a chance on a $3k, car with a rebuilt title, but if it's clean, it runs, and you are on a tight budget, then that car is looking better all the time.


I don't know if the map lines are entirely correct, or, if it reflects the right-of-way (which is normally around 30' from the center line here), and is cutting of the back end, or not. This may be normal but it would seem to cut off some of the back of the property as those lines in the front of the property, here anyway, would be considered county right-of-way. Here it is typically 30' from the center line. If the yard is kept clean all the way to the roadway edge they normally don't fool w/the r.o.w. area on your land.

The big barn is around 85' long x 34' wide. It may have been a body shop, or one in the making. Tools are expensive.

On the 2014 aerial shot for the pva, the line from the road, to the red vehicle parked in front of the old yellow house, is right at 30'.

CR1's trailer is outside the lines but if you add the 30' on to the back of the line, it is within boundary.

4077 UHR is actually only .10 of an acre is just a tiny piece of property wedged in there. 16' x 370' ish.

FR's trailer was not on Rhoden property. I see no way that it could be on Rhoden property.

I have searched and searched for information on the two people who were with her and have found no information. Surely the police would have interviewed them extensively as they could verify the timing and sequence of events after their arrival.

One thing I am very curious about, did these two people usually accompany her when she went to feed the dogs, as I think that's what her purpose was for going to there that morning? Did BJM normally take someone with to help? Did she usually go alone, but on that particular day she took other people along? What was their purpose for going? Were they going along to help BJM feed animals?

If BJM normally went alone but on this day she took others along I would find this very odd.

When I was looking at the building location, etc., I was wondering if a property dispute may have been involved some how. Now that you mentioned it, I remember that FR's trailer was on property owned by someone else. I thought that was strange with all the properties CR1 owned. But then, what isn't strange... That small lot at 4077 doesn't make much sense, either. How did that come to exist?
Here my property line is the center of the road but I'm told I don't own the road right of way. Nothing is added to the back to make up the difference.

I assumed he moved it or LE asked him to so they could get into the driveway with crime scene vehicles, EMS trucks, etc. They had to take 3 bodies out of there. The public never saw any of that as I recall. The ambulances were lined up at each entrance to UHR. When they were finally sent in, they made the news media helos leave the airspace above the crime scenes. LE probably made him leave it on the road so they could search it. Routine they would do that to all the vehicles of those who found the bodies. Also at that time they didn't know KR was dead.

I read somewhere, he was backing out of the driveway and flagged the deputy down.

His truck had invalid tags on it,so I'm guessing he was told to leave it parked. There was a lot of interest in it though.i remember watching it on CNN live and LE were all around it and looking in the window.There was also a deputy that appeared to be standing guard until it was towed.
