These are a few tips I gathered yesterday: - Tonys phone is a GoPhone and is unable to be traced or pinged unless turned on - Wife did try to call him several times on 12/3, but was not successful - text message that read 'we need to talk' was received @ 6:18am. This was after truck was abandoned. Wife believes Tony did not send text...they had not been fighting or having issues - ex girlfriend filed for a marriage license @ 8:52 am on 12/3... - ex girlfriends dad, brother, and some friends 'beat' Tony a little over two years ago. Police brokeup the fight. - Tony has been looking forward to getting custody of child - Tony left his home at 5:30am, at 5:52am GPS located truck at 4 way stop sign, at 6:00am GPS located truck in field, and at 6:18am text was sent to wife then phone was turned off. - authorities unable to locate ex for questioning - breakfast and lunch in lunchbox untouched, all tools in truck accounted for, sunglasses in truck....keys, wallet, cellphone and Tony missing - no financial transactions made *4 minutes is a long time to be waiting at a stop sign. The 4 way is a low traffic area, especially that early in the morning. No phone calls were made at that time nor were any texts. Could someone have followed him to work that morning and lured him out of his truck in that 4 minutes, then drove his truck to abandon it? Had this been planned for a while? Was he being followed weeks before to know morning route? For info on paternity hearing you can access www.oscn.net and go to the court dockets under OCIS counties and search Tony. This is a very strange case, and the more info I receive, the stranger it gets! I pray that this case will be solved soon, for the wife and kids sake. My heart goes out to them!!

Thankyou for the information, again today there was nothing in the news for Tony it gets frustrating.
I certainly believe it is the Ex that is behind all of it, and of course I do not think that bodes well for Tony.
Dad, brother ,and some friends huh suprised no. I wonder if police have spoke to any of them ?
I will check back tomorrow to see if I can catch you here would love to discuss some stuff with you.

This certainly does not sound like good news. Not at all. I hope the detectives are really grilling the whole ex girlfriend and family. Just too sad.

I can get his date of birth, place of birth, date and time missing report was received by the police.

EX GF;s DOB 12/22/1958 R.C.G.J (her initials)
EX GF's new spouse's DOB: 5/11/1962 S.M.G (his initials)...he is from MO, but have current address listed in Dewey, OK

Still nothing from the media... I contacted FoxNews to see if they could run the story. I am still waiting to hear back from them. FoxNews has a high volume of call in's and emails...don't know if they will even look at this case.

Court documents show that the ex girl friend's name is not CH.
It is RCGJ.

But LE, OSBI, does say she has not been questioned.

Her name is RCGJ, not CH. She was born in Atoka, Ok. Can I post personal info? I have all her info including parents names, and her maiden nme.
 
Wonder if the ping can be picked up from where the text was sent at 6:18 that would give a pretty good clue. Sounds like LE needs to step up here and do a little work.........this case sounds like a hit person was hired and by the sounds the ex-girlfriend wouldn't have a hard time finding someone to do the job. How old is the child involved in this case anyone know?

Daughter was born 9/26/07.
Also,
Threats from ex's father was made to Tony after altercation two years ago.
 
Well if threats were made two years ago, I can only imagine what the father was thinking with a court hearing coming up. The mother must have had reason to fear losing her child or she wouldn't be worried about it, because courts do not take children from the mother without cause. Sadly it seems them threats were carried out by him or someone hired to do the job. Has there been a good ground search? It really sounds like they need to find out where that last text was sent from I think that will give a good idea where he will be found......within 20 minutes of the truck. This is really sad for Tony, his family and friends he sounds like a really good person.

So glad you found your way here KeepTheFaith...do you know if LE is keeping the family updated? I hope so.

It's very frustrating for us here to hear *nothing* day after day. I can't imagine what his family must be going thru. :(
