She was stoned she fell and hit her head.
Geez I wish with all my heart this had never happened.

I haven't heard or read this before? Do you have a link, please? I obviously missed this one and would like to read the context of such slanderous accusations the media or whoever??? is making about Stephany.

I think this also makes it clear what JVDS motive was... it was sex. He is a sexual predator/murderer. That is not to say he didn't rob SF. But I think his main motivation is sex & when his advances are not welcomed by women he loses it.

I dont believe the motive had anything to do with sex. In the video they don't even touch. He doesn't even wait for her or open the door for her. I see nothing that shows me he was even interested in her sexually and from what I have read she was clothed when found.

I think his motive was robbery. He may have lost all of his money so any loss would put him in a tailspin, even $300. IMO he has long had a gambling addiction. It takes big money to get into the million dollar poker tournament in Lima. Imo Joran didn't have enough so he saw she had big winnings and he took advantage of that.

I read on here a few days ago that some members thought Joran might have been set-up. I suppose it's possible but seems to be very unlikely at this time.

My question being, assuming there is no time lapse in the security camera by his room, is there an adjoining room to make it possible that someone could have entered his room? What floor was his room on? Could someone have entered through a balcony or a window?

This looks like a slam dunk case but this case must be proven. Is there any way he didn't do it?

The room is 309, which would seem to be on the 3rd floor. There are photos of the front of the hotel with open windows but no balconys. It has an inside hallway to the door. But nothing has been mentioned that I know of about an adjoining room, except for one statement I read where an employee referred to a "back door" ~ although this had been a translation so I'm not sure of the accuracy. MOO

This was no accidental fall in which Stephanie died...her neck was broken! She had multiple injuries and died from blunt force trauma. The coroner determined it to be a homicide. This is not some situation where a woman is stoned, falls, and hits her head. Multiple injuries. It's a homicide.

I noticed too that when JVDS was going over the contents of his backpack with the Peruvian officials, that he didn't have a heck of alot of money on him. So where in Chile did Joran stash the duffel and extra cash? A bus depot locker? and if a room in Chile, someone would have called it in by now. Where is that duffel bag? I bet they will get it out of him!

I would think he was on the third floor since he was in room 309.

There is no fire escapes, outside doors or stairs outside. There are only glass windows.

Funny........now that you mention set-up and after reading about Blade's comments tonite, it immediately crossed my mind that he might be a convenient red herring for the defense. He warns the casino about joran and next thing you know, the girl joran's with is murdered.

Hi Cat thief, I'm just coming in here but thought I read earlier today that they found her blood on Joran's shirt.

Do we know if that is confirmed or bogus? Thanks I know I gave out a big WOW when I read that.

Do you think he could confess to killing Natalee and Aruba serve arrest warrant and have him go to Aruba be tried and convicted and have to serve his sentence in Aruba first since Natalee's happened first. If I was Joran I would give it a try. Aruba's prison's would be so much better for him.

Why would Peru give him up? And personally I"m glad he's not gonna be in a nice jail in Aruba, he deserves whatever the Peruvian jails have to offer!

Not sure if this is the link Panthera was talking about, but it's one that I have saved / marked and references "back door". Considering the translations by google, not sure the "verb tense" re: went back to door or went to back door, is correct.

No way could her injuries be the result of falling and hitting her head, according to this:
