PI's following out of state lead on Picture of Caylee.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Caylee Marie Anthony has been missing for 12 weeks now. On Tuesday her mother's legal teams says they could be one step closer to find the missing 3-year-old.

Private investigators working for her attorney Jose Baez are out of state following up on something they say is significant.

Jose Baez’s spokesperson Todd B tells fox 35 their investigators are out of state talking to a man and getting pictures of the ZG Casey says took caylee.

Black says the picture was taken at a park and has all involved parties in it: the woman they say is the ZFG, Casey and caylee. No information at this point when this picture was taken.
And Todd B says they have been trying to find the man who has the picture for weeks and they just located him and got in touch with him.


Any thoughts on this fellow sleuthers?

i bet this is a fake probably something she and someone she met online planned up to waste more time and take the focus off finding little caylee .. if this is a real thing id be shocked .

A PI picking up this "picture/camera" is hardly following a proper chain of evidence.


The proper chain of evidence is calling LE or FBI and have them follow up on the lead.

And I betcha we're gonna see a "woman" in a picture with Casey and Caylee. A "woman" who can't be found, but Casey calls the nanny, ZFG, and now everyone is supposed to run all over creation and find this woman who is supposed to be the nanny who never did live at the Sawgrass Apartments where Casey dropped her little girl off. How sweet it isn't.

Well, all I can say is, good luck, Jose', trying to get a jury to buy the fact that your client needs a nanny when she has no job and/or money to actually pay for that nanny.

Boy, if there is a real ZFG out there, I sure want to find her!!! My God, she's constantly buying amusement park tickets and clothing for kids she watches. Why have I never been able to find that type of sitter?

Geez, who wouldn't love a babysitter like that, taking the kids to all the theme parks and to the beach for the weekend, buying clothes!!!!!
Theme park tickets are expensive, Disney's annual pass starts at $469 and $599 for premium or $67 for a one day ticket, then you have to eat and the it's becomes a very costly outing. Then throw in that Casey mentioned Caylee also went to SeaWorld, Universal with the nanny....even a well off family would find that very expensive.

Well, I did read a post somewhere about persons questioning Mark Furhman's presence in Orlando (when he was there with Greta). Afterall, you know he's the one who messed up the OJ case 13 years ago. :bang:

Because LE apparently isn't interested in pursuing live Caylee evidence. Besides, this gives the A's a chance to have their experts take a look at it first without LE taking it into evidence and not giving them a chance to see it. LE photo experts will get it after the A's take a look. If it's a fake, we will know it~ they won't be able to pass off a photoshopt job.

Says who? The Anthony's? LE has explicitly stated that if they receive CREDIBLE tips they will be more than happy to look for an alive Caylee. The investigator even said they would be more than happy to tuck their tails, if Caylee were found alive.

The sad reality is - decomposition fluids from Caylee kind of rules that out. JMHO - sorry if I offend.

Don't be silly - this guy is an "old friend" of ZFG and took her picture with Casey and Caylee. Only problem is, she's disappeared - again.:boohoo:

JB put this out there so there will be a hint that what KC has been saying is true! He knows the public will speculate about whether this photo is real or the story is true! It's just something for reasonable doubt about KC's guilt!
LE said DNA in the trunk that showed decomp! But you know what, JB's little plan to create reasonable doubt is working - isn't it? There's a thread on here to debate it.
By debating this at all is disregarding what LE has said and playing right into JB's and the "A's" most recent lie!
I love this site. I truly believe that some of the smartest people, outside of LE that are working on this case, are on this site linking "pings" and researching and connecting the dots between KC's lies - but I believe LE and don't believe anything that comes from the "A" camp.

I just read that article.
I think all leads still need to be followed yet I find it curious, how did they find out about this man and that he had this photo?
As I read the statement it says, the nanny, Casey and Caylee are in the picture so I presume it was taken in Orlando yet this man is out of state? What was he doing in an Orlando park taking this picture?
Does Crimeline and LE/FBI know about this lead?
Since the child neglect trial is getting closer I find we are seeing more "movement" from Casey's Defense team starting with the new motions filed by Mr Baez and now that this.

I also find it odd that we need to hunt down this man from out of state to finally get a picture of the nanny that cared for Caylee for almost 2 years. Photography is Casey's hobby. Just look at the number of photos she had online, yet this strange guy is the only person with a picture of her trusted nanny, Zenaida? I don't think so, but nice try, Jose.

This is so ridiculous! Is there a date on this pic? Who in H*LL can tell when it might have even been taken if there is no definitive date on it? GMAB! I may have been born at night, but it wasn't LAST NIGHT and I have the birth certificate to prove it.

The PI's traveled out of state for this. FBI - charge them for withholding evidence!

If it were legitimate, LE would be investigating not some darn hired PI's they are using to cover some money taken in and not accounted for.

The FBI will immediately investigate any leads out of state. WHY would they not call them?

Well believe it or not, that is exactly the way it works and here’s why.

At this point in the investigation the law enforcement officials thinks as a lot of us do that it’s just another lie it the continuing saga of the CA story and they are not going to waste their time based of all the lies that she has already stated to them, and as for the attorney’s their job is to defend that client and try to contradict what the prosecutors says using any means necessary with the limit’s of the law.

It comes down to it doesn’t matter if your client did or didn’t do the crime, but can you as the defending attorney find something in the way that the evidence was gathered or handled or a procedure that was not followed as in the polygraph testing that will cause enough reasonable doubt in a jury to give a not guilty verdict or hung jury.

The defense attorney’s job is to show “reasonable doubt”.

Private Investigators have been used to clear or find untruths in people’s story’s and eyewitness accounts and to gather new evidence for years by attorneys and I myself have been in this position.

Did it make a difference, “yes” – my client was found innocent, did he do it, “No”.
