There were actually a couple charges regarding Craigslist, but those occurred closer to 2010, when SG went missing.

The charges, in most cases misdemeanors, are the same type I was advocating that MP be charged with.

You have to understand that it's more about being able to prove that the crime was committed. It's not as easy as you think. Escorting is legal in New York. MP did not break any laws driving SG to JB's home. JB did not break any laws even if he paid SG for her company. There is zero proof that JB paid SG for sex. Even though it is pretty darn obvious that SG was driven out to Oak Beach so that JB could pay her for sex, unless it can be proven in a court of law there cannot be any charges brought against either JB or MP.

This is the exact reason why police departments set up sting operations (it's the only way they can clearly prove a John's intent to pay for sex).

A number of months ago I asked if anybody knew where MP was living?

There were a number of responses, some speculation, and the belief that he was fine, in contact with SCPD and living in NYC.

I personally thought this was out-dated information, based on his television interviews that occurred many months prior, having no contradictory evidence I let the matter lapse.

If my theory of MP's involvement is correct, I believe he has disappeared; 'gone underground'; or is deceased. I hope none of these alternatives is true.

I would love to see a photo of MP holding the front page of a recent newspaper. If there is anybody who has contact with MP, could you post such a photo.

Truthspider appears to keep a close eye on CPH, and likely JB; their current location appears to be known.

I was calling him a "snakehead", which isn't to be confused with another popular long island animal, the "steakhead".

......I am not talking about an invasive species of fish.
 
Whatever happened to the other pimp that was on this board? JTs pimp. Or did he just grace us with his infinite/intricate vocabulary for a day or so? I bet he is hot on her case like all the other pimps are losing lots of sleep over their dead employees.

That is about the time they were pressuring craigslist to discontinue that service. The main argument for doing that was to combat child prostitution (even though there was little actual evidence of that happening). They would have been "responding to public demand" at that time by going after the escorts who operated off CraigsList and their clients. So it is essentially the same thing, most of these stings are in response to public concern. It is a sort of PR operation really, so they can be seen by the public as addressing visible local problems.

He was never verified. It very well could have been some jerk here playing games with us by registering that name and posting as the pimp. The grammar and spelling in the few posts that were made by that member looked almost too stereotypical.

I do believe we were the victims of a hoax with those posts.

I am not a big fan of steakheads. You ever see that documentary "Born Rich" on HBO? One of the guys (i think the Johnson and Johnson heir) said "I like going to the hamptons, but I dont like hanging out with Jimmy and Tony. Thats why I have parties at my house. You can do anything you want there....drink, drugs, sex whatever...and atleast we know JImmy and Tony wont show up"

Jimmy and Tony being the steakheads that frequent Neptunes.

I don't watch tv but I can tell from the Neptunes comment that you are right on about the steakheads joke. Back to Pak, I have been wondering if he is an actual snakehead, as in the gang.

Oh, and I don't have anything against jimmy and tony, being a LI person myself I am at least part steakhead. But down here at an all natural 155 - 160 I guess you would call me more of a baby lamp chop head.

I think it was him because of his " Pimp" mindset he was more concerned that people were talking bad about him than he was or is about finding JT killer JMHO

I have often wondered if an Asian Gang influence may have had somehing o do with these murders. Just something that cross my mind while considering the white slavery/ human trafficking angle. Something about Pak never sat right with me. I think his involvement goes deeper than Just a driver! JMHO
