1. Jeffrey Danziger - CMA

Anybody have a clue what the "MPH, MOV, WMV" stuff is?
I wonder also!
The records which were not attached to the Motion that was filed with the Clerk appear to refer to evidence in the Inmate's case, which the Defense had the mental health doctors look at, or which the mental health doctors created after interviewing the Inmate.
We have not heard of Dr. Weitz being on the case until a few weeks ago, when the Defense filed a motion on March 21, 2011 to add him to the Penalty Phase witness list, then requested he be added to the Guilt Phase witness list the next day.
I went back to see what events happened on or around
"July 16, 2009" in this case.
I think the label of
"7-16-09" has something to do with the mental health doctors possibly viewing the jail hyperventilating video, or some other material in the case.
George's suicide attempt was January 23, 2009.
The Death Penalty was put back on the case in March 2009.
July 1, 2009 - Judge S. said the jail hyperventilating video [taken Dec. 11, 2008] was too inflammatory to be released and sealed it.
July 7, 2009 - media WKMG filed a motion to intervene regarding the jail hyperventilating video to be released.
July 8, 2009 - Judge S. deferred the scheduled trial date of Oct 12, 2009 and set a Hearing for a new trial date in January.
July 16, 2009 - Motion filed to delay check fraud case and to keep Padilla and crew from taking depositions or testifying.
July 18, 2009 - mitigation specialist Jeanene B visited the Inmate in jail for 3 hours. [JB also visited WITH AL and Mort S. on June 19, 2009 for 1 hour]
