I doubt Jonah was watching the news reports at the hospital. I doubt he even knew her body was uncovered. I also doubt he contacted "legal advisors" immediately upon finding that Rebecca was dead. I think he was probably much too devastated to do anything except stay by Max's bedside.

I do agree with you on one point - Jonah didn't contact legal advisors upon finding out Rebecca was dead. He had likely done just after Max's accident.

Why? He believed Rebecca's story that it was an accident, so why would he contact his legal team?

I have seen nothing that states what Jonah's beliefs were of Max's accident and plenty of posters believe he had first-hand knowledge of it.

Jonah has also shown a proclivity for legal resources both in his private and corporate life and certainly in these two deaths. There isn't a public company in existence that wouldn't have insisted that counsel be sought that very first day of Max's accident. Publicity is publicity and having good legal advice and a mouthpiece is essential. It is not very realistic to guess otherwise. JMO

Do you have a MSM link to back that up? Or is that you have spoken to Jonah and that is what he stated?

We don't know anything about what Jonah said or thought in those days and we know only a few details about where he went, what he did, etc. That didn't happen by accident.

Jonah has a long career as a corporate exec. He knows that when there's trouble of any kind, you call the lawyers immediately, disappear and clam up - take their advice and let them do the talking for you. No interviews, no public conversation, etc. He began following that pattern immediately after Max's death.

We don't know anything about what Jonah said or thought in those days, and we know only a few details about where he went, what he did, etc; because he was never considered a "suspect" and it is really none of our business, IMO.

And since we don't know, it is only your opinion that he "began following that pattern" immediately after Max's death. There is nothing of fact that backs that up.

I'm going to have to guess that Jonah was listening heavily to his legal advisors and to stay the heck away, keep silent and lay low. Heck, to this day he still is. I am going to have to guess that Adam did so as well.

However, I still maintain that SOMEONE that supposedly LOVED Rebecca would have made sure she was treated RESPECTFULLY at the crime scene and she was NOT. That speaks volumes about who supposedly loved her and deducing the inactions of that someone - including law enforcement as well. Thoroughly disgusting behavior that I would love to see punishment for.

I agree, that Paul Phinst (sp.) guy didn't show up for a cup of coffee. Not only, once but twice.

Ahhh, IMO, you are correct!!!

But some think Rebecca herself called Paul. That she wanted him to find her body. And IMO, that is very plausible considering the way she committed suicide. It seems like she wanted to cause as much trouble for Jonah as possible, IMO.

To my knowledge none of us know or have read anywhere what Jonah's beliefs (nor Maxie's older half siblings) and thoughts about Maxie's accident were.

My point about the phone records is that JS stopped talking to RZ that night.... very early on... previously they were in steady contact..... why? Was he so angry and upset and blamed her at that point that he could not speak to her? Or did he know she couldn't talk because she was being interrogated.... who called JS during that time from 8PM to 3AM... did they report anything to him? Or did JS not call her because he was with RZ or knew she could not answer because she was dead... ?

and Luber... we don't know for sure he flew off... he lives almost behind the mansion... can he get in and out of that property without being seen.... would he question
RZ for JS? We don't know anything about him... medical, criminal record etc.... How much stock does he own in Medicis?

JS and HL are pretty tight.... did LE question him... see a boarding pass? Probably not.... LE just believed whatever JS told them.

We know that he was asking some questions at her funeral. It's possible that he did believe it was an accident, but had been approached by someone that caused him to make inquiries.

I totally agree. Following their advice has served him well.

IMO.... if that is what you want then you would hang yourself over the ballistrade in the front hallway the same place MS fell to his death... anyone coming to the house that morning would have seen her naked and hanging through that front door... it is glass..

The place she hung herself in the courtyard.....AS was going to be the first person to find her.

In fact suicide would make more sense to me if she did hang herself in that entranceway.... the same place MS died....

That balcony.... AS could have seen her actions in that room... NAKED.... that would have got his attention... and you think he might see her and try to save her... I am surprised he did not notice or sense... something awary that night... how many hours... and he never looked out the windows into that courtyard? And what about the loud music and screams.. he didn't here them.... two different neighbours did....

He was reported to have asked if anyone knew of anyone that would want to hurt Rebecca.

WHY would they want him to have legal counsel for an accident? On Monday, there was no talk of CPS being contacted for possible foul play in Max's accident, so what is your reasoning that he would need a lawyer on Monday. That makes no sense to me.

Perhaps Rebecca wanted AS to find her and he messed up that plan by being a heavy sleeper. Who knows? Only Rebecca, IMO.

IMO... JS was very familiar with using PR... in the divorce with DS.... it was used...

I can't remember but the MS doctor was immediately concerned.... even on the Monday... CPS might not have been called on Monday but the doctor was asking questions.... the suffocation wasn't making sense with a head injury at that point... so...

It could have been Howard Luber that brought in the PR on this... the moment JS told him what was going on... it was serious enough for him to fly out there.... so serious enough to call in PR.

Who is Paul?
