I can hardly say anything. Those words stand by themselves for the truth they tell, and by the very fact that we're reading them now. Jodi herself proved their truth, and continues to prove them each day.

1. The defense dearly wants a mistrial and is using this hide-and-seek to prove a Brady violation. That isn't going to work. It's really just a part of the JA slash-and-burn Travis' memory campaign.

2. B is the most unprofessional "professional" I've seen, other that MF and ALV. He testified he did NOT use the prosecution's mirror-image disk, stating that it wasn't worth the effort because it was altered/damaged. I can't believe he said that! How can he judge what he hasn't examined? Instead, he used the mystical Tony Dell image which he somehow can't provide to the defense in a timely manner.

3. Oopsie! Travis computer drive is busted! All of a sudden...

4. Only the defense could see the image of Jodi without a knife in that weird eyeball picture! Juan saw a German Shepherd, I saw The Blob. The prosecution washed their hands of it by stipulating that the German Shepherd/Blob didn't have a knife in his/it's paw or whatever.

I'm looking forward to the next part of this hearing. So far, I can only hope and pray that JSS sees through the smoke and mirrors. It's the same as in this penalty phase, the prosecution has yet to speak.

Everyone, without one doubt, knows JA slaughtered this man and is deserving of being locked away. THerefore, there is no "professional" in their right mind who will touch this case for the defense. The so called professionals have come forward with their lies for the money. Thats it.

I don't think the handshake was a problem with the court. It is a problem for the Sheriff's department as her guards are suppose to make sure she does not come in contact with anyone. jmo

He was still on the stand under cross when they adjourned, so yes. Then again....

Maybe he's so slammed that he just doesn't have the time right now to come back.

Any reasonable person would be willing to atleast consider the findings before saying Jodi's display of such anger won't change their opinion. Her unwillingness to consider other theories shows me her bias.
 
Because JSKS ruled that AZ citizens have no right view and hear the proceedings relative to this case as they occur, we don't know what's actually happening here.

What we have, instead, is speculation from trial tweets and other forms of electronic communications regarding Travis's Compaq Presario's HDD (hard disk drive).

At one point, so the tweets go, the DT may have requested (and the judge approved) booting up that computer. If that was actually done prior to imaging its HDD, then evidence was altered at that moment and throughout the entire session(s). If that is the case, then it amounts to evidence tampering -- inadvertent or otherwise.

We're further told (or tweeted) that when the computer was powered on per DT request, it exhibited behaviors consistent with a malware infection; e.g., adware, spyware, or some other malware which autonomously launched 'pop-up' windows/tabs.

These windows/tabs then hijacked the browser(s), navigating to website links with *advertiser censored*-sounding names, many (all?) of which appeared to be something other than *advertiser censored*.

Instead of pornographic images, these websites displayed warnings that his computer was infected -- which it purportedly was, by the very malware which navigated the browser to sites displaying messages like this:

So now we have Bryan Neumeister, who sees non-existent assassins in dead people's eyes, with testiphony wherein he states that these pornographic-sounding website 'navigation events' are the same as downloaded *advertiser censored*.

Does he show the court the pornographic images which he says were found on the hard drive?

Does he show the court the dates and times that any of these searches and alleged download events occurred?

Apparently not.

Instead, he gives a copy of one of his minions' HDD's to the State, trying to pass it off as a duplicate of Travis Alexander's HDD.

This much is clear: JSKS is allowing the DT to run a secret circus, hidden from but fully funded by the citizens of Arizona.

JSKS not only seems easy to bamboozle, she's all too willing to order the 'bamboozlement' herself.

Here's speculation for ya.

Somewhere between Most Likely and Worst case: Inept JSKS + Ineffective DT = Conviction set aside and mistrial or new trial on appeal

Words like these are veiled threats. "Not...violent"....."wealth ....beyond this world".

CREEPY. At the end Travis was on to her. WHY WHY WHY did he let her in that last time. Almost like he knew what was coming and had just given up and let her win.

At the pace this is going I don't see how it can finish by Dec. 18. Maybe once the COA rules it will pick up pace. (who am I kidding?) I hope the jury finds JSS guilty of obstructing justice.

Return to the stand. First he provided the wrong disk which he should have provided a replacement prior to yesterday's court testimony. He did not do that. Now he is saying he never intended to do it by saying he can't provide it until next Wednesday. If he did something wrong that can be proven, which he would know that, I'd be telling defense no way will I return to testify. You need to drop it. I'm surprised the judge did not charge BN with contempt for not providing the information that had been asked for. jmo
