Why are tweets posted on sidebar thread as well as this one? There are more there. I thought this was the thread the mods told us to use during resentencing.

Before talking to Flores, Dr. Horn didn't know about Travis standing/bleeding at the sink or crawling down the hall. Once he knew that it was clear the shot to the head followed the stabbings.

Yes. I think she planned it use both the gun and knife to make it appear like there were two or more attackers. She did not have time go downstairs and get a knife. So, she had to have had both the gun and knife with her. And, as you say, she paused while switching weapons.

I keep thinking she put her suitcase or overnight stuff in Travis' closet, after dragging him down the hall back to the bathroom she ran to the closet to get the gun. Travis was more than likely deceased at the time, but she heard air escaping his lungs and maybe he had some involuntary movement at the time of death - therefore, she went and got the gun and shot him in the bathroom just before putting him into the shower.

Horn has no recollection of any conversations with Flores. He doesn’t recall telling Flores that the gunshot wound was first. He has not spoken with Flores since last year’s trial.

A projectile fired at a higher velocity is likely to exit, correct? Horn says it depends upon the projectile. Some are designed to fragment and stay in the body.
