Jen Willmott is up and she sounds aggressive as she asks Dr. Horn about gunshot coming first #jodiarias #3TVArias

NOT a good tactic. Let's not forget that your client is the one that just did the horrible things the jury just saw.

I'm sure she will. I must say that I'm rather glad I don't have to listen to her chipmunk-on-speed style of delivery.

@monicalindstrom: Trial practice students: dont respond to every answer of the witness with “ok,” its not necessary #JodiArias

Oh no. Is Jen Wilmott going to ask a million times if Dr Horn could be sure the bullet went through Travis's brain, and if he could see no path or track how can he be sure?

Willmott- Do you recall talking to Detective Flores about sequence of injuries to Travis? NO #jodiarias #3TVArias

So what? Someone can state a theory BEFORE doing the necessary work and seeing that their hypothesis was wrong.

That's why it's called....a hypothisis. Then you test the hypothisis. C'mon Wilmot

Dr. Horn never even formed an opinion on the sequence until after Juan heard Jodi's new story and Juan asked Horn's opinion on it, probably because Juan himself had an inkling that someone with a bullet in their skull could not have sustained the defensive injuries Travis did or did the things Jodi was claiming he did.

We are still in a sidebar. Mmmmm that sizzle. #JodiArias

@ericksonvision: To those who can't grasp this. Journalists can't question witnesses ON THE STAND. So quit asking why we're not challenging the testimony.

Lol.

Not this again...Actually, it was the other way around. Flores initially misunderstood Horn. Horn never told anyone anything of the sort.

Beth
Horn is on cross by Willmott. She’s examining him about prior inconsistent statements he made before the first trial. He said the shot the head would not have rendered Travis unconscious. (NOTE from Beth: The order of wounds–whether the gunshot was first or last–has been an issue in the case since the beginning. Regardless of the dispute, the jury last year still found that the murder was premeditated, and still found that the existence of the aggravator, especially cruel.) Attorneys are at sidebar.
