She even plays a mean girl like fourteen-year-old. I'm amazed she didn't say mean things about Deanna's hair or whatever. Brings back memories of grade 8.

Well, these journals are doing well to establish how disturbed Jodi was/is and that's not necessarily Travis' fault. She couldn't handle relationships, period. These are very borderline writings, with her going into full spin just because Travis doesn't call her back quickly enough or he keeps his relationships to himself (he probably didn't want to answer every single little question about everyone in his life).

If I'm a juror, these journals are very telling to me and not in the way the DT would think. She was unhealthily obsessed with him. But there may be a juror who might find this mitigating anyway.

Catching up and starting at beginning. Its neat that way so it feels like its happening live.

Just had to point out that I noticed the judge is actually asking for sidebars herself now. LOL
This is the 3rd or 4th time this phase where I have seen the judge ask for a sidebar.
I think last phase it was almost exlusively the attorneys asking for them.
I guess its "catching" and quite a crutch so I do understand how it can become obsessive but this case has to set some sort of record with the sidebars. LOL

Back to beginning where I left off.....ill be back....lol

Too bad potential juror's weren't asked if they'd like to buy the Brooklyn Bridge or help a Nigerian prince transfer millions of dollars to the US. If you're going to read "The Story of Me by Me," it's pretty important to take into consideration who the "me" is.
