So the jury is to be impressed with a man that wants to be an expert - sorry data scientist (and by the way how do you get that title? just name your self one?) and has made no effort to get a degree.

IMO, none of this guy's testimony indicates that the State tampered with the computer evidence. There is no child *advertiser censored*, that was stated on Monday. I think this *advertiser censored* obsession (disguised as computer forensics) is intended to bolster the idea that TA kinda deserved killing. That innocent little Jodi was the victim of his sexual appetites and manipulation. It's a fog machine created to somehow excuse JA making a very long road trip to kill Travis. There really is no excuse for it. She was far, far away from him and was free to go on with her life.

Yes of course. The defense team has been revolting for quite awhile now. It's time they give it up. Jodi's transcript was really sick. All lies. Her parents never used cocaine and pot and then turn around and call the cops on her when she was growing it. They would have gone to the roof and used it! Lol. Sometimes there just is no explanation for a cold blooded, remorseless, killer. This is one of those times.

He is the only person under forensics that doesn't have any credentials- the ONLY ONE. He graduated from High School- that's it. Other sleuthers have now found him, on a different site, with a distinctive nick name. What are the chances? I think MeeBee is right- this "PI" is connected to Dorian Bond- JA's PI. If I am proven wrong- no problem. I am not so sure yet- we'll see.

This guy sounds credible to me. I work with lots of "hackers" and, contrary to popular belief, they are not all criminals. Many do not have college degrees. Due to the rapidly changing nature of technology, being an autodidact is a strength in the big data field. Whatever your opinion on Edward Snowden, you have to admit he had a really great CV and he was completely self taught.

That said, I still have no idea how this mitigates especially cruel murder.

I am wondering what Nurmi's next strategy will be to delay trial or make demands that no other court would even consider (let alone allow).

Bets on him having no other witnesses who are willing to testify (if not in secret) on Jodi's behalf?

I wonder if the witnesses are trying to show some sort of solidarity for Jodi wanting to testify in secret or if this was just a DT ploy that was announced up front to the potential witnesses?
