What will the jury think when Abe says that he told Jodi she wasn't wearing magic underwear and Jodi said that the magic was "in the underwear?"

Well, I bet the Judge will preclude this very important information--I really hope I'm wrong but I suspect not. I swear to all that is holy that this trial will be death of me :gaah:. The things that the defense is allowed to bring into this courtroom, while the state is refused at every turn is just plain wrong and appears fraught with bias.

Well just let her dream that the appeals court would grant the special snowflake a new trial based on not continuing her unconstitutional secret testimony. Whatever gets her through her long, boring nights in prison.

Perhaps so he can say the state was fair and let her testimony stand for the jury to consider for future appeal reasons since Jodi is definitely taking that road, that she couldn't tetsify due to media presence.

The COA has already ruled the DT can present mitigation without hearing a single word from her. And that she wasn't denied squat by the media being allowed in.

I doubt JM is concerned about appeals. I think he's good with the inability to express remorse she demonstrated and wants to bring that in during closing.

I have have no doubt that this is exactly what they did Elementary. Sadly, I have become a suspicious and cynical person as a result of the despicable manner in which JW and KN have conducted themselves in a court of law.

Me as well. And if the juror had thought nothing of it and had not mentioned it to the judge, there would be another "witness" willing to testify that they saw a juror talking to a member of the public. I don't put anything past this DT, especially the "mitigation specialist".

Knew it!!!! This girl may crave the limelight but what she craves more is a chance to demonize Travis and torment his family once more. I think she really believes that she will get a new trial.
