Remind me again of which witness yelled at Juan that he was performing "prosecutorial misconduct"? I remember Fonseca being quite rude but I don't remember which one to attribute that statement to.

AZL's post regarding life with parole... " If the jury can't agree or votes "life," JSS can give JA life with the "possibility" of parole. However, Arizona has eliminated its parole procedures, so it's a very hypothetical "possibility." IMO it would be ridiculous for any judge to give that sentence as things stand now, because it raises the question of whether, when the "possibility" date comes along, the person is entitled to a parole hearing even though there is no parole board in existence."

My fear is that a sentence of LWP (even if it does not result in freedom) will be a source of constant tension and anxiety for Travis' family. And of course, Arias will consider it a huge win.

Also, where is the letter/email Travis wrote to JA that he wanted her to read from May?

I didn't start following this re-trial until after Turkey Day, so I had no idea the email had even been brought up before (apparently by Nurms & Co). So I'm glad Juan put out that fire, too, but.... was there ever a print-out of the actual E-Mail shown in court to show what the subject line was? If it was a mass mailing from PPL I would expect the subject line to read: "Exciting business Opportunity!" or some such. What was it about the subject line that Nurmi deemed it to be predatory in nature? Anyone know?

I don't think JSS would give her possibility of parole. She's more aware of some of JA's tricks and her true nature than any of us. Plus, there's the fact that she knows that option has been removed for crimes committed after 2012(?)

I really don't see *advertiser censored* being an issue. Obviously, both of them were into *advertiser censored* that last year. Photos/planned videos of JA show that.

There is NO way that is a mitigation issue, if it was 90 plus men who are on internet would be in danger of losing their lives. jmo

I don't think it is much of an issue at all. There was ZERO child *advertiser censored*. ZERO.

And 98% of what was found was traced back to Spybot.

All that was left over was 4 to 6 pictures of nude men or women. A few may have been pornographic images. And possibly a few short fragments of videos.

Big freakin deal. He was a healthy, sexual grown man. What difference does it make IF he had a few *advertiser censored* images. And we still do not even know if they were his or not. But I don't think they jury will care that much any way. It is a non issue.

I do not agree that it backfired though. Juan was mainly working to refute those bogus charges of prosecutorial misconduct. And this witness helped him do that successfully. JMO

So Mikal and others are still there. Sounds like the judge didn't even give this nonsense the time of day. Heard what happened, rolled her eyes and said yeah, can't prove they did anything wrong. And thus, Juan's smirk coming out of sidebar.

The jury took notes for Brown and now for Dworkin. For now, until deliberations, I'd imagine they're confused why so much emphasis on computers, but are thinking it must be important because so much time has been spent on it and its clearly a highly contentious subject.

IMO, JM will explain this in his closing re: the DT trying to discredit the PT and all evidence presented by the State. The DT failed. The DT also failed to show evidence of TA's interest in chorn or evidence that TA was addicted to *advertiser censored*. At best, TA had a virus or Trojan and tried to rid himself of it; at worst, TA or one his room mates MIGHT have accessed a minimal number of *advertiser censored* images or videos. That's not against the law and it is certainly it is no reason to kill a man three times over.

Actually it was told that these did exist, point 1 is that it wasn't asked to be looked for at the beginning on either side, not until JA settled on her self defence story, and point 2 it took this newer software to be able to find and track it within the unallocated spaces so as to be useable. Dworkin had testified himself that he hadn't been asked to look for it so didn't "find" any, the same as Det.M. As for the video fragments, iirc it was Brown(might have been Smith) yesterday that said he could find the fragments but didn't have the software/program to "play" them, but that they appeared to be from the banner ads. In fact, he's the one that came with the four pics(3 classified as *advertiser censored*, 1 not) yesterday and said there could be more, he hadn't had time to go back and search through all the unallocated spaces.

As for why Dworkin took it upon himself to look for *advertiser censored*, that's between him, his God and the DT.

Oh I totally agree that *advertiser censored* is not an issue nor a mitigating factor. What is concerning me is that the jury has a whole week to think that JW busted JM out. Dworkin made it seem as though JM LIED.

Sherry has allowed a prosecutorial misconduct allegation be hashed out in front of a jury. How anyone can explain that away is amazing! Will there be a separate verdict given for Juan? KN and JW has continued throughout to take a grain of sand, and try to make it into a mountain, unsuccessfully I may add.

Why did the DT get up in front of the first jury and try to make something perverted and sexual about the silly youtube video Travis had been watching? But they sure did it until Juan set it straight that it was three people with boxes on their head dancing. The DT came out looking like fools.

They have constantly shown their desperation in trying to make absolutely nothing into something and Juan has continuously brought that to the jury's attention and with Juan it doesn't take him long when it took them days on end to put the foolishness out.

Any defense team with a brain the size of a gnat would know not to enter something into evidence knowing full well it was based on their own purposeful misrepresentation and false allegations. And they really have to be clueless to do it with this prosecutor who they know will be all over their stupid antics like white on rice. Yet they continue to make fools of themselves. It is as if they really think they are going to get away with it and why in the world would they think that? All I can think of they all are so narcissistic and really think they can hoodwink the jury with all the lies and out of context evidence.

I tell ya this they both beat all I have ever seen.

Seemingly a lackadaisical approach to managing what should be a core competency in their jobs.
I wish I could do this quality (or lack thereof) of a job and keep getting a paycheck.

Just like the NFL - it seems everyone became inept in clock management when it went from analog to digital. lol

I truly hope JSS means the jury will have the case before the 26th.
