About the texts, computer names and possible 120 character limitation on phone texts back in '08 - it seems to me that JM was proposing that JA may have typed up that whole text as if from TA on a computer and sent it to her phone, and if the phone could only take 120 characters per text, it broke it up into several texts with the minute or two (and one was 8 minutes) gaps while processing it into separate texts, resulting in one or more of the texts ending or beginning with unfinished words. It makes perfect sense, esp. when you read the content and words chosen.

I don't think any of the jury will think Juan lied. This was his witness so JW did not make a Perry Mason moment. They still cant come up with kiddie *advertiser censored* and that is a big loss for JW and the DT.

What was gleaned was there was NO kiddie *advertiser censored* on his computer no matter how many times the DT tries to say it or the murderer. No kiddie *advertiser censored* and very little *advertiser censored* at all for a single young man. I think they will resent that the defense has made false allegations and will think the small amount of adult *advertiser censored* found is irrelevant and has nothing to do with whether her life is to be spared or not.

Not sure when it was purchased for her, but I'm betting some of this was in the works way back in January when she stayed with him for those 3 days in his trailer at Vegas. Anyway, iirc she claims her phone was "stolen" May 18 and according to her journals I think she got her new phone on May 22 just before all the carp hit the fan on the 25/26th, in fact iirc she said she "had the talk" with TA on the 22. Oh and conveniently the sex tape was made on May 10? I'll try to get some time to verify this with her journals but that's what I recall offhand.

Edit: Sorry it was February '08 and not January when JA stayed with Gus. I took pics of the pertinent portions from the journals, hopefully they don't stretch the page too much. Btw, still no idea on when Gus bought the phone, oh and nothing in her journals about the May 10th tape, though I've included TA's journal from that time..., just a reference to one on May 26th?

Oh I totally agree that *advertiser censored* is not an issue nor a mitigating factor. What is concerning me is that the jury has a whole week to think that JW busted JM out. Dworkin made it seem as though JM LIED.

I don't think it is much of an issue at all. There was ZERO child *advertiser censored*. ZERO.

And 98% of what was found was traced back to Spybot.

All that was left over was 4 to 6 pictures of nude men or women. A few may have been pornographic images. And possibly a few short fragments of videos.

Big freakin deal. He was a healthy, sexual grown man. What difference does it make IF he had a few *advertiser censored* images. And we still do not even know if they were his or not. But I don't think they jury will care that much any way. It is a non issue.

I do not agree that it backfired though. Juan was mainly working to refute those bogus charges of prosecutorial misconduct. And this witness helped him do that successfully. JMO

Not to mention that I thought TA knew there was *advertiser censored* on the computer, or pop ups or something, and JA said he blamed it on a previous roommate (most likely knowing it was her all along) and we've heard he had Taylor Searle clean the computer. So we were expecting things to be found in deleted files. But the jury hears none of that. Not sure why but it appears they will not.

However none of it means anything. If this jury is willing to disregard everything else they've seen and heard and give her life based on TA possibly viewing adult *advertiser censored* on his computer and him not being sensitive to a disorder that he did not know she had, there is no hope. Even voting for life because she has that disorder is ridiculous but it may come down to that.

If that is the case, it is not a "loss" to the prosecution or the family. They got a conviction, that's the most important thing. Let her loose in the prison. I can only imagine she'll eventually cause more problems for herself and others. But if it makes her less "notorious" and someone that's easy to forget, just another number and all that, all the better. She's no special snowflake. She'll find that out in GP I'm sure. I can only imagine that hardened criminals are a little more difficult to manipulate. She and DeVault can be BFF's and alienate everyone. Can't imagine that would go over as well in prison as it did in the county jail. Rules are different when you're a convicted felon and not an innocent until proven guilty jail inmate.

Agree. I get that Nurmi is going to try and rehabilitate them after Dr D but if I'm on that jury, my life is hostage and the defense not only makes me wait on them but repeats the same carp, I'm gonna be po'd. I've heard it. Either I believe them or I believe her. End it.

This is what it really boils down to now doesnt it. The jury has heard it all and they will decide.

I think the DT is going to do more damage to themselves by bringing in the same old same old. The jury has got to be getting tired of them by now.

This may very well backfire on them. Anybody on that jury that felt sorry for JA will no longer be sorry as they drag this out another month.

The jury will fully understand the possibility that JA sent these to herself, without having to be told. The fact that she had his passwords at one time but then CONTINUED to hack his accounts was a juror question. They GET THIS! We all do.
