Well, then, that's where she belongs, because she sure didn't lead a decent life on the outside.

The killer is going to prison! It will not be fun, not comfy, not a home in any sense of the word. Arias likes to travel, she likes to come and go as she pleases just like most people. She no longer gets to do any of that. She will hate it there, although what will be leaked is that she is doing well and her spirits are high. We might even have a photo or two forced on us, of her smiling ugly mug. But none of the "she's doing so well" reports will be true; they will be designed to incite. I plan on not falling for it.

It was a panic attack, yes, but she kept trying to add testimony that had been forbidden by the judge. IIRC, it was around the time she approached Samantha and JSS was pissed.

Yes, then JSS called her into chambers. Court was shut down for the day and we never saw her again.

Yes, I remember something along those lines. But I cant recall if that was testified to on the stand OR just reported in the media by defense.

The defense has tried so many shenanigans in this trial, they all just blend in after awhile. I am really convinced Nurmi is just trying to drag this case out because he gets paid for each hour he bills the state.

He has a financial incentive to keep this trial going. Its a win-win for him to keep this thing going. She stays out of prison and he keeps getting money. I am outraged for the taxpayers and I am not even an AZ native.
This is one of the longest trials I have ever witnessed. The judge is not helping and I really think this case should be ripped out from under her at this point. It is getting beyond ridiculous at this point.

And Nurmi needs to seriously hop off twitter. He is one of those people who can't handle it. Twitter threats stop when you're no longer on twitter.

Instead, Nurmi cries victim instead of staying off the gossip machine. Instead, he acts as if the thousands of largely innocuous posts are worthy of scrutiny for that one that might be 'dangerous'. He needs to get a grip.

A defense attorney that's scared of repercussions on social media? A DEFENSE ATTORNEY on a HIGH PROFILE MURDER CASE that's scared of repercussions on social media? Cry me a frigging river. Seriously. Stop spitting your highly-paid dummy out - the appeals court is no longer going to bend over & pick it up. Hopefully.

To me, it's just like the 'moment' is too big for her. She's scared to exercise her authority, in her first DP case, for fear of appeals. And the DT have sensed that, and run amok in her court room since Day 1. I'm sorry - but I've watched many trials (as have many people here, obviously) - and judges usually instill a sense of authority & calm in me, a sense that they outrank everyone in their court room, and deservedly so. Judge Secret Stephens does none of that for me, IMO. I DON'T have faith in her. At all.

I agree. The judge is the Parent. The one that knows how to fix things, and the one everyone turns to for wisdom. One thing I noticed in todays hearing with the higher court, is that Nurmi CAN be respectful towards a judge(s). He does not show JSS the same respect and restraint with this attitude that he showed today towards those judges. She is not respected in her courtroom.

I think KN wants CMJA off on her way to perryville as quickly as we do. This is the jodi show. Some have bought into it, I think KN has just given into it to get it over with. Probably got spanked by judge secret stephens the last time KN and CMJA got into an argument and JSS scolded him. Jmo

Right. It is so obvious the defense is causing their own drama. Sure wish Juan or JSS would be able to call them out on it. There are many examples of them doing this sort of thing.

They should be investigated in leaks to the media as well.

Why do you think "justice for Travis" and "free trial for Arias" or so different?? She has BEEN CONVICTED. Let her present a mitigation case, but NOT in secret! This country allows for her to have the presumption of innocence....not the "right to a super secret, hidden trial conducted behind close doors so no one takes issue with any opinion expressed."

There is no presumption of innocence anymore. She is a convicted Murderer.

Right. I didn't say she was going to conduct her own person in a rule following fashion. I said she would simply get other minions to do it for her, and then claim plausible deniability.
