What I wanna know is, is Dana Treen confused or did Ron tell him YET another story about when he arrived home and what Misty was doing when he did?




We know that the 911 call started at 3:27. This says that he got home while the call was already under way... What the heck? Why can't anybody get this story straight?

Don't be so danged hard on Ron, donj! He probably don't feel good. He can't remember everything.

Just in a store buying ciggies and strolled outside and a friend called him and he went to the car. He saw misty was in the car so he joined them.

In the interview Ron makes it sound like he was surprised when he got in the vehicle that Misty was in there also..... didn't Teresa mention already that he was suppose to meet Misty after working that day?

Yea just climbed in that car never suspecting Misty was in there, a real shocker right... :angel:

Why was he on the phone at all? He told Misty to call 911, why wasn't he outside looking for her like any normal person would have been, as far as he knew they could have taken her 30 seconds before he got home.

Look doc... I mean there was an awful lot that needed to be accomplished in those 30 mins... calls still to be made, a lot of heavy potted plants to load up, move to a vehicle and transport; their stash of pills to gather off dresser tops, nightstands, coffee tables, end tables and kitchen tables, out of vehicle glove boxes, and consoles; contact phone numbers to erase; another phone to toss; sim cards to switch; cash to be secreted; boots, shoes, clothing, and blanket that still needed to be tossed somewhere; dirty laundry to be picked up off back hallway; staging yet to be done w brick... I mean I don't know if you've tried putting yourself in his shoes but c'mon, how fast do you expect a guy to work, sheesh... :snooty:

In this road to hell trip we've all been on, at the center of it has never been Haleigh, but the antics of her father and his child bride. These antics have been called a side circus, and have proven to escalate in the year since Haleigh's disappearance. Much like the hours after she got off that school bus, she has disappeared into the night while her father and Misty continue to carry on.

I hope you do stay in jail, Ron. If never for the disappearance of your own child, then definitely for the damage selling drugs has done to someone else's child. Even if your mom and you want to tell people you just sat in that car, you yourself have several charges of selling the drugs yourself. YOU did that.

My only hope is that you 'disappear' from society and jail becomes your only reality.

I was watching the Today show video with TN today and they showed a clip of Ronald saying "baby if you're watching, I'll never give up on you" (paraphrased) and I thought that he seems to have done exactly that. If he's convicted it's the end of all searching for him. I don't think Haleigh is in Flagler county jail. And besides blaming Haleigh ('s disappearance) for his ending up in jail on a drugs charge he didn't bother to do any pleading or talk about her at all in that interview. It would have been a great chance to say that even though her daddy is in jail he hopes that people will keep on looking for Haleigh because Haleigh is innocent of her parents' faults and deserves to be found, or something like that. But instead he talked about how he's suffered during his arrest, how he's been mistreated in jail because he's a VIP in a high profile case, and about Misty and Hope's tattoos.

Is the guy who Misty was supposedly sitting in the car with the one who bought the drugs? Poor Ron, he's such a target because his daughter disappeared. Guess he thinks that everyone should just get away with selling drugs or ever get caught.

He said he had nothing to do with a tattoo with his name on it that Croslin got this month. Croslin and Sykes each paid for tattoos they got at the same time, he said.

...please someone help me understand....how is LE turning there heads that Misty was under age when all this happened....how is ron getting away with this...you know my mom always told me...when u get down with the fleas ...they will bit u..how could misty family set back and watch this, this, whatever he is take advantage of their daughter...what 17 year old is ready to be a mother...much less a mother to 2 children that r not hers....but then again it looks as if misty had no better at home....i would with the florida dept of corrections for alot of years...and the one thing inmates don't like...is someone messing with children...sexual preds..don't have a chance behind bars...i think we have ron in protective custody....cause they are some ''GOOD OLE BOYS' that is setting on ready for ron .....and his mouth doesn't have a chance in open population....TN will have to get another job...he will need money to buy protection...and what about that gold chain...tree trimming business must be good....thank for listening....i was about to bust...

We have been watching people do drugs and get arrested this whole year and getting slaps on their wrists.

When you get into sales and distribution, you have just got yourself a sentence.

I don't know that this is precisely true, but the number of victims for a drug dealer may never be known, whereby a child rapist has a specific victim. Mebbe.

I dunno why people who commit crimes are given anything but the maximum allowable for their crime. All these pleas and sentence gymnastics makes me crazy. Someone gets 10 years, they should do the whole 10, to the minute.
