If we're to assume for a second (as implied in the recent HC article) that her Tumblr posts were tampered with, do you guys think it would more likely be a matter of content manipulation (i.e., posts that indicated a depressed mind set and thus hinted at suicide) or just something to show internet activity at the time?
I'm torn because that ~2 AM posting time isn't exactly a time we were confused about due to roommate calls and drop-off time. But the posts themselves, IMO, were a bit too subtle to convey anything like that, and were similar to ones she posted in the past. I will say that when I was more active on Tumblr I'd reblog something seemingly depressing just because I found it aesthetically pleasing or part of a recurring theme or mood, as did many of my otherwise non-depressed friends. HE's tumblr could've been any of ours content wise, so IMO her activity on it was routine, relatively mindless, and at worst, only partially influenced by a wistful mood.
But I doubt this is something that will ever be confirmed either way. I'm trying to stay more optimistic about overall case resolution, though. lease:
