Ugh, NG should know better...she said she does not believe Heather is dead or that SM had a relationship with Heather...she is telling this to her parents, and going on about the "open marriage" to them. NG should know better, yeah right. LE is on trying to explain to NG that they have enough evidence to show that murder has taken place.

Do you mean the Twitter account? The postings? Here is the Tumbler acct. but I don't know which ones she herself wrote.
Does anyone else know? There are many names, and mostly poetry here.

Is she "The 24th of January?".....because HE was born on June 30th.

Quite a few of her quotes are lyrics to songs, and lines from books. She also reblogged posts of others.

Hey everybody - the tumbler account is not allowed here because of the content. Having said that, I want to encourage anyone that looks at that account to pay attention to when the not allowed stuff was posted. It was posted in the early morning hours of the Day that Heather went missing and it is highly unlikely that Heather made those posts. This is my own opinion but I base it on the timing, the things we have learned recently regarding the Moorers and the content of Heather's other social media accounts which do not include such posts.

First, we are assuming that this is actually HE's account and not one set up by someone else masquerading as HE. (Seen this happen many times with high school girls. It isn't hard.). Second, we are assuming this site has not been hacked. (also not too hard with Tumblr). Fortunately, LE forensic specialists should be able to tell if either or both are true or false.

The tumblr goes back to 2009 and is pretty thorough. I would say the posts are in line with what we see on her Twitter, in addition to tumblr in general. I get that it's jarring to see pornographic GIFs, especially for people who don't spend a lot of time on a lot of different tumblrs (obviously not every tumblr is like that), but ... it's truly run-of-the-mill in many of the tumblr communities. If someone were to masquerade as her or hack it, surely they'd so more damage than simply repost GIFs thousands of others have reposted.

It's been discussed, but it's so easy to miss things as the threads are moving so fast! Anyway, I doubt that's where the IE charges stem from. That post on FB was made on Dec. 15th and the IE warrants say the IE activities happened on the 17th and 18th of December. So, they did the dirty all over the place, but got caught, I'm assuming on camera, on those dates.

Agree, but the fact that the FB post was made so soon before the indecent exposure charge dates implies a pattern of behavior that causes me to assume the charges are based on similar activities. Gross.

Yeah, we should specify very NSFW before posting that link. Yes, that's her tumblr, but no, Heather is not in any of those photos. Tumblr is kind of known for photos/GIFs like that in that they're totally allowed (while they wouldn't be on Facebook, for example) so they make the rounds. But honestly, that's not that abnormal for a 20-year-old. It doesn't come across as "sick" to me -- it's just probably not something that should be looked at without being prepared because, obviously, not everyone wants to see stuff like that.

Well ... in certain communities, yes. It's easy for me to say that, but I'm sure there are others my age (I'm 24) who would say, "What?! No way a 20-year-old girl would post that stuff!"

But I'll just say this: I would never post that (I'm a prude!), but I have plenty of tumblr friends who would and do. HE struck me as artsy, romantic, along with being a bit of a "partier" and not exactly modest (I mean that in a good way; her twitter had some similar implications, e.g. that tweet that appears to be about "wanting" SM (is that allowed to talk about???)) and IMO, yes, stuff like that is really in line with that sort of personality. Tumblr has a huge *advertiser censored* community, but it's also inhabited largely by young women. So there are a lot of young women reposting that sort of stuff on there.

Okay...here's my theory up to point - sorry VERY LONG:

Muffin, I won't quote your whole post. And I won't like it, because, well, I don't like it. I try not to think of all those details.

I will note for you though that the date started at 7:00 if that helps your timeline.

Also, when I first heard the rumour about the call from the pay phone, I did some digging. There's a website that lists all the pay phones and their numbers in Myrtle Beach. I made a map of them, but of course it's on my computer at work. I think the call from the pay phone was found by Terry when he got Heather's cell phone records. The website with the locations and numbers was easy to find if anyone wants to look.

There is obviously much we will have to await trial to learn. I think it is possible that Heather and SM were back in touch, maybe even seeing each other again, and that is what TM found out and could not tolerate. Their FB posts (the M's) in Nov. and Dec. seem all about redemption...hum making up to her, kissy face, etc. which was probably after TM discovered the affair the first time. SM swore no more, and then TM caught him again sometime near or on December 17/18th. Heather may have told her friends she was done with SM, if they disapproved of him, or maybe she was but was tempted back. We don't know. But clearly, IMO, something happened to make Heather a threat to TM again, when she thought she had "handled" the problem. This time, she would make sure. I still am not convinced SM wanted this outcome at all, but it does not excuse him, morally or legally.

The ONLY thing left SM can do to show any heart, morality or even a shred of humanity is to confess and bring LE to Heather. And then take the consequences. Sadly, affairs are all too common, but they should never end in murder. It is unfathomable. Much worse than Diane Zamora and David Graham, due to SM's age and that he is a parent, IMO.

I read other articles on it...it doesn't seem cut and dry...for both prosecuters and defendents. They have to have a way to authenticate the accounts and the relevant posts.
