I do wish a reason would be given for no searching this weekend...maybe they never intended to, but again, why not? I hope it is not because they do not have any designated search areas left, as far as using pings,etc...

Also, I wonder if Heather's family only saw the un-redacted report on wednesday, when most of us did. He did say on NG that much of the report was blacked out.

I posted earlier, I'm hoping it's because they are close to the end, and have to proceed slowly, and cautiously, to get whatever else they need...

I really can't see LE delaying an entire week, if they had an idea where she might be. Evidence is lost daily.

I still can't believe the strength of the Elvis family. I admire it. [modsnip]

You're probably right...but if the pressure is on someone, maybe they feel they can get (or already have) some clearer information and not need a large group of volunteers, kwim?

I wish they would give us a presser and bring us up to date. It would be so nice after all the chaos that has been created :)

What if we consider that Heather didn't leave the condo until morning time, say around 8:00 AM. [modsnip]

It might be "cancelled" because it was never officially "on"

Maybe so. But I hate to think no search was planned, I guess.
When searches drop off, we often begin to hear that searching will be based on new tips only.
Often, that happens at about a month. Hoping not the case here.

I thought CUE worked with LE.. if LE says wait ,they wait..maybe LE is conducting a search using special equipment or dogs,,and they don't want the area contaminated..

But around that time of morning there is a good bit of traffic on Hwy 544, I think the schools weren't out for the holidays so there is a greater risk of being seen or getting into traffic since it's very close to Soccastee a High School. Maybe someone dropped the car off before the sun rose that morning, maybe around 6 am. It's usually still dark at that time of the morning.

After reading everything, I see no reason for anyone who knows HE to harm her. To me, that leaves a random kidnapper/murderer. Perhaps the same one who abducted BD, but maybe another one entirely.

any reason why Hwy 544? is that the main road to PTL?:seeya:

For all our Newbies! When you post a link and it comes up with ****, that means the link is not allowed here. There are not very many sites like that, but every once in a while you will stumble across one.

Okay - where is our timeline? Let me find it and bump it up and based on that info, lets see what kind of scenarios we can come up with for the morning of the 18th?

Okay?

Good point. I guess I'm just starting to think about where the crime scene would be. If there is no need for the perp to worry about "getting caught" by a second person due to them already knowing as wll as being in in the meeting, the perp's home now comes into play as a potential crime location. Heather wouldn't go there, however, unless she felt the coast was clear.

If her phone usage really ended before 4am, I find it odd she would not use it again to text, call or post when she awoke, if she was still at home in the morning.

Okay - here's the timeline again. Let me find Ghostwheel's map too and maybe we can work between the 2.
