could it be a certain breed of trees (with dark leaves) grew at that spot?

this woman with initials AB was calling him sweetie and honey up until summer '16 I think? and i actually doubt it was a fake account of his because the comments were deleted after his arrest. i couldn't find out who she was online yet.

I don't think it was fake either. The comments were visible the day of the arrest and then they were gone later. Someone other than him removed them becaise he was......preoccupied.

That said, doesn't mean it wasn't a fake account. Doesn't mean it was even a female. Remember the theory thst he had an accomplice?

yep! very odd because it was also a deleted account when the comments still existed. no profile connected to it. my honest theory is that he had a girlfriend and they broke up, then she deleted facebook. she maybe came back on to delete her comments, or change a setting, or something... meh, i don't know

Neighbor says deputies came through the area looking for KB about 2 weeks ago (they had the property under surveillance for quite a while before getting the SW approved). It was shortly after the LE search that TK put up the fence along the back of the property, as well as moving brush and rock.

Going with the theory it had been previously cleared and allowed to grow back up. The resulting brush was a different color than the mature trees in the surrounding areas.

I'd like to know what exactly she was asked to do in each home and whether this was the 'going rate' for this type of work. I wonder if he kidnapped her simply because she was an easy target (working for him and trusting enough because of this to meet with him alone) or he targeted her specifically. If he targeted her maybe the $500 per house was supposed to be too good for her to turn down and this was his plan all along.

I also have to wonder whether he expected Charlie to visit with KB that day. Did he want to kill Charlie so that the one person who most likely knew KB went to meet him could not alert the police when she went missing? Or was it a surprise Charlie turned up.

It is such a horrifying thing to happen to anyone. I feel physically sick looking at where KB was kept (from the pictures posted here). Nothing could make the world feel safe again, I hope she has all the support there is to help her rebuild her life.

I'm in the rental turn around business and realty prep as a painter. The cleaners do not get paid anywhere near $500 a house. We usually have to clean door frames, window sills, and walls ourselves before we paint. The cleaners do a minimum job...
Now there are those who come in and remove all contents from the home. Not sure what they get paid, but they usually get freebies of anything left behind. It is a bigger job though.

that is so weird, and they're a completely different color from anything else in the screenshot. totally a wild guess but maybe they are bushes because the land had already been cleared of trees? they would be a different kind of plant and in the shadows more, hence the darker tint...

Those pictures were taken at entirely different times of the year ..the lighter shading from 2014 was taken in April and the darker looking trees from 2015 were taken in October.. I'd imagine it's just because of the early spring vs. Fall and the amount of rain. you can also see the grass is much more pale looking in the first photo.m m also I see a lot of shadowing when you zoom in.. different time of day /haziness /sun angle etc I think there's nothing of significance regarding that

My hubby and I flip houses and also have rentals. We pay $250 for clean up on flips, which is like anew construction make ready clean up, and about $100-$150 for rental cleanups before a new tenant moves in. Granted we are in Texas, but $500 seems excessive.

Guys, I'm not sure we should spend too much time on the $500 figure. Wasn't that figure from a "friend" and wasn't the quote found in a Daily Mail article? Just wouldn't waste a lot of time and effort on that one.

Something didn't set well with me going back to CDCs facebook before it was taken down some things stand out to me 1. there never coming home to be with there families was one post 2.the hacker knew the wifes full given name 3.one post said NN knew where they were so if she was the hacker how did she know they would never come home so let say TK did the hacking how would he know the wifes full name even if family members said she was doing the hacking I find it odd the ref to hotel California on his reviews and CDCs Facebook and the digging holes at night I do recall someone saying a woman was seen every now and then on his property was it NN been keeping an eye on her FB page odd nobody has made a comment not even her about CDC before KBs facebook went down I did notice that TK liked her picture but IMO that's where his downfall happened IMO again the picture was from 2015 he liked it after she was already with him not in 2015 which would look like he liked it then not tryin to confuse anyone what I'm tryin to say is they got a tip and it has to be from someone who was a friend of his on facebook if you notice whatever we do on FB if you are friends look at the right of your screen it shows your likes or comments
