I wish that the United States had more choices than, "Guilty" and "Not Guilty". UK has another option, "Not Proven", which is an option we should have. Because, "Not Proven" feels stonger and more appropriate for many decisions.

My opinion? The state has proven without a doubt that AM is a . And I believe that AM is a consumate liar. But he just couldn't fake true emotion like his brother, John.

John was literally choked up with grief when talking about Paul. In a way, his display of true emotion when talking about Paul destroyed AM's fake crocodile tears for me. John's testimony, to me, was by far, more damaging for the defense than any other witness so far, INMO. And talking about AM's "bowel" issues was gross to me. Who cares about a drug addict going through withdrawal!?

I wish it had to be two in the jury to rule versus one. It’s just too likely that there will be one person who sees it differently.

Understood, however it's not always understood by jurors.
I respectfully disagree, if they're listening in the courtroom and then have the testimonies to review, if needed, in deliberations, they have enough to understand. It's up to them to give or not give individual testimonies weight in their decisions. They may also rely on opposing or alike perspectives of their fellows jurors to shore up their opinion or change it. AJMO

Wasn't it the defense that was COMPLAINING to judge that prosecution always under estimates the amount of days witnesses will take??
Well they have to keep at this till they can score a point any way they can. Maybe they will say see it took all this time and the state can show the time they spent questioning and then the time the defense did.. no sir you can't take 3X as long with rebuttal witnesses and then complain the state called to many witnesses and took to much time.
