hmmm...more security and brother and BM looking to have eye contact...he doesnt look for them.

edited to add: he keeps bobbing his head at his small cheering section (not BM and his brother) before he is turned around and escorted out.

I hesitate to post this because I don't have a specific cite for it. I had assumed for quite awhile that Maggie stayed at Edisto Beach the night of June 6 into the morning of June 7. That assumption was based on the idea that Alex had requested that she come to Moselle that day. On February 15, I posted that based on the testimony that day it appeared that my assumption was wrong and that Maggie had actually stayed Moselle that night (before driving to a doctors appointment that day). I don't have time to go through all of the testimony that day, and there may be something more definitive than this but here is Owen asking Alex about the morning of the 7th. At 1:54:53.

I had asked this question as well earlier in the trial.

I don't really hear anyone saying that they think the jury will find AM innocent. It seems most people think he will be found guilty or it will be a hung jury.
I respectfully must correct you because it’s a pet peeve. The jury can’t find him innocent. They could find him not guilty. They’re not the same thing (reasonable doubt).

I suspect a few jurors still have doubts about this case, so I would be surprised by a quick verdict. It will likely take a few days to reach consensus. I expect a verdict Sunday (or possibly Saturday night). If no verdict by Monday, a hung jury is likely.

Now, if it were football season, they would have a verdict 5 minutes ago.

Well that alternate juror probably thought they were free but nope, both councils and the defendant want her to stick around...in what sounds like solitary confinement. I hope they bring in a nice lounge chair and some dvds.
