Is this little "personal" supposed to be a parody? I'm thinking we could write some great ones for Jodi...

"Three hole wonder, 5-10-100 mm, florid liar, looking for a boyfriend/girlfriend match:must be a dildo with a heartbeat who can appreciate an Einstein-gal experienced at wielding a gun and a knife. Working on resupplying my KY—the real stuff, not the stuff you make out of Velveeta with jalapeños—fattening my commissary fund, and ****ling during non-contact visits. Will write letters to your girlfriends, grandmothers, and business partners pretending I'm you. I'm thriving at my current location, my home is newly painted—yes, I have my very own bathroom—the uniforms are a huge step up on the striped ones at my last position, and I love to be neighbors with the two famous women next door (they're in the newspapers and on TV all the time), so I'm not 110% sure I'd be ready to relocate, but I am an independent catholic school-girl-with-braids type, so if you'd bribe the hater-judge to give me an upgrade, I certainly would reconsider. While they last, I have 18 spots left on my visitor list, so sign-up is rediculously easy. Won't you just love it when I wake you up at 3 am to talk sexy, so I can blackmail you with your sweetness?"

Ooh, I forgot or not, in a fog or not, but what's a poor gal to do: I can be reached at 028-1129.

* Well played. ;)

Aside from #21whatever being a former dabbler in Mormonism, I think you've about covered it all. :D

She used to be addicted to Strawberry frapps and Cinnebons, but gave up them up in July 2008 to maintain her trim figure.

Is now an animal rights advocate and has volunteered to live in an 8' x 8' veal cage the rest of her life to illustrate animal cruelty.

Has also graduated from a Mormon under-30, "single" ward and transferred to a different type of ward altogether. One for which she's much better suited. Heh, heh, heh...

You guys are too funny!!!:hilarious::hilarious::hilarious: Let's not give her any ideas.

Brilliant! Bwahaha! on the singles ward!

Does anyone know if the Attorney General has anything to do with appeals? This is on her docket:

7/9/2015 REC - Receipt - Party (001) 7/9/2015
NOTE: FROM ATTORNEY GENERAL

7/8/2015 REC - Receipt - Party (001) 7/9/2015
NOTE: FROM PUBLIC DEFENDER
---

I just found it curious.

The Attorney General's Office represents the State on appeals. If you go to this COA, Div1 link: find her name, click on the case number, the case info opens. It now shows Joseph T Maziarz (Criminal Appeals Section Chief Counsel) listed for the State. It also shows a list of exhibits that JA's attorney filed.

SS of those items shows dates that should match up with minute entries from the trial (?):

Looking at the list of dates and info, the largest one for 12/10/12 is when jury was being picked....aaaand, I'd go out on a limb to say that the "confidential criminal history addendum" is one of the jurors who didn't tell anything about a past record, or crime they committed when being questioned???

Not thorough, but helped for the info above :

This has to stop. Jodi got a more than fair trial, and her time should be over - no appeals- she admitted to her crime , she admitted to Judge Stevens and Travis's family, that she is indeed one evil person, when she made her little declaration about remembering the the knife going in and that Travis was conscious. How can you appeal that? How can you appeal your own words?

Please note that she has an extra special place in her *heart??* (who knows where the heart is located?? ) for the GOFERS.

I'll try to dig it up, if it's still there. Meanwhile I stumbled upon something else relating to Andriano.

Maybe she really is jealous of attention paid to others...in any case, she's seeking some for herself.

On June 19, 2015 a request by her was posted on a prison pen pal request site:

" Size 34-26-36. Lonely and untouched beauty since 2004. Looking for awesome guy to unlock my sexy imagination and share in my fantasies. Working on release date and will consider relocation if you're worth it. Will answer all captivating letters."

ewww, *untouched beauty? ughhhh *vomit it's disgusting to allow them this kind of 'courtship,' I would think it's just means for more illegal behavior

I hope I've gotten everything correct, when adding links I found an error in the first set and edited it, if anyone notices any mistakes let me know and I'll fix.

One last thing, the CoA lists Tennie B. Martin as the appellant's attorney, it may have been noted here before but I hadn't seen it.

geevee, Thank you so much for doing all that! I started it yesterday but 'real life' called before I could do much on it.

Tennie Martin is apparently well qualified, but I was a little surprised at what looks to be an awful lot for COA to review. From some research on appeals, the consensus seemed to be to limit issues and avoid a shotgun approach. But then maybe the filings always look more scattered than the actual appeal reads...guess we'll see.
