Thank you. I wish I felt the same. Thinning and a cut once a month. It's a pain, But I love my Cherokee heritage. Red skin and all. Hubby said my red skin is what first attracted him to me. He's so sweet, considering I was made fun of as a child for being Native American..

Thank you! It truly didn't bother me. I was proud of my heritage. I didn't walk the trail of tears, but my heart felt their pain.

I had a pet squirrel as a child. I found it abandoned while walking through the forest. I kept it until it was a year old. He was amazing!

Aren't they just wonderful?! I never knew they had such awesome little personalities! My Bunny, is like my second child, I just love her to pieces!
I would have released her, but her leg was broken when I got her (fell out of a tree after bad storm) and she would never leave her little cast on, so it healed wrong. She gets around just fine in my bedroom/treehouse. Just turned 3 last month.

Summer here goes by much to quickly. It is my favorite season. You know summer and the living is easy....well sort of. The weather has been wonderful here today. Temps are near or in low 90's with a slight hint of humidity. The evening is going to feel just great sitting outside with a warm summer feel to the slight breeze.

Sure is hot here in Upstate NY- 92 degrees and a litle humid. Had to put the air on and I feel so decadent- after all, it's only May!! The sun hits the front of my house in the afternoon and makes the house super hot.
