Bernina I too, have found so many articles on Daniel Freeman's brother dying on the same day Jodi was arrested. I was quite surprised when I found his obituary and it said 7-22-08. I finally figured it out! He DID shoot himself on July 15th. Apparently he was in a coma for a week, which would make the day of death on July 22.

First off since my expectations matched what happened I am not even upset.
That is the key to this trial. Set our expectations very low and then we cant be disappointed. LOL
Secondly, if the judge thinks it is humorous there is yet another delay then lets see how funny it is when the taxpayers of AZ realize this trial has cost the state millions and it keeps getting larger and larger because of all the needless delays.
Thirdly, I disagree with the 2nd one I put in RE:. It actually could continue if someone would get a backbone and play some hardball with the DT.
Fourthly, I agree about the great music. Lets just listen to some great tunes and block out this nonsense of a trial.

If all of Travis' friends believed it was JA who murdered him, why did Daniel Freeman visit her in jail. How was the murderer treated at Travis' memorial? AND WTH were the judge and lawyers laughing at, I wonder how Travis' family felt while all this was going on. This is one crazy crazy trial. I hope this is not how all trials are.
I read somewhere that Daniel Freeman was not aware of Arias' self-defense claims when he met her in jail.
One of Travis' friend said that Arias was smiling at Travis' memorial. The nerve of her.
I don't find any reason for the Judge to laugh in the courtroom. Have some respect for the victim, his family and the people of Arizona who are paying millions for this lousy, no good criminal.

I have always thought Daniel Freeman had a crush on JA. He was also the one that called Jodi about TA's death. From what I can remember all the visits were when JA was still claiming the ninja's did it.
After she went to story number three is when he stopped communicating with her. Although I could be wrong, as this trial as drug on so long. I do know for sure that the defense had DF listed as one of JA's mitigating witnesses at one time.
