So, now that we are NOT SPECULATING but KNOW there is a connection between Joe (Bandidos) Placker and his brother Peter (Taylor's GP) Placker the theories that it might have been a "retaliation" murder by someone within the criminal element that is (and surrounds) the Bandidos ARE possible. As in - perhaps the killer wasn't a Bandidos member but a friend of a member or a family member of a Bandidos member?? Since we have no info about the Cigarette/Guns Bandidos case or it's disposition there are at least a dozen scenarios that MIGHT have led to someone being angry enough at "A (Joe or his wife or his brother?) Placker" to retaliate by killing Taylor and Skyla - possibly without even knowing who either of them was - just that they walked out of the Placker house. Maybe the killer though they were Joe's Grandkids or something???

It sounds like the killing was done by someone with "experience" and Oklahoma prisons are filled with those types and they get paroled every day. It wouldn't be a stretch for someone in or around a group like the Bandidos to find someone like that (totally unreleted to the Plackers or the area) and send them to give the Plackers a message. And despite what OSBI says, if WE can Google the address and find the Plackers listed online - so can anyone else who can walk into a library. That house isn't THAT remote and is actually very close to HWY 75 and it's clearly easy to locate in Google Earth with a detailed map including topography. I don't think the location makes it definite in any way that the killer knew the area or was from around there. With the internet, he could have been from ANYWHERE and still have found the house and been able to exit right back onto HWY 75 in minutes.

My Opinion

Yep. I don't think this theory should be discounted. Why they would target these little girls, I can't imagine. BUT, the Bandidos are an outlaw gang with ties to organized crime. Anything, specifically, to which other family members may be connected - we don't know. I hope LE knows. The ties could run deep....we just don't know.

ITA GS. But, family tends to follow you wherever you go and if someone else in that family has a connection to the Bandidos, there is a very real possibility that they led them to these girls - knowingly or not. Everything about this case says "hit" to me. I just cannot wrap my mind around teenagers doing something like this! That may very well be because I have a couple of teenagers, but I just can't see it. This appears to have been a brazen execution in every way and seems to have been very professional. The Bandidos have "chapters" all over the world. I have tried not to let the POI info color my feelings about this case, but I'm beginning to believe that dude is deep in Mexico by now.

Put Jessica Brown did state that the immediate family, and extended family had all been checked out. Didn't she?

Does anyone know whether or not Peter Placker is a biker?
Yes, at least he was at one time, but it's hard to know if he was just a casual rider or involved in any sort of group or "gang". Several men in the Placker family seem to be bikers - tattoos and all - again, except for Joe and his connection to the Bandidos it would be hard to find out if they were hard core or just casual. On the daughter's web pages it talked a little about it - the nicknames for Peter and Vicky being "Bud" and "Drag" and Taylor's nickname was "Blue". And yes, from the photos on those pages it was clear that Taylor was around these people from a very young age.

Now not all bikers are members of the Bandidos or are "bad guys". I do think the Placker family in general (outside of Vicky and Peter) seems to stay connected to some shady sorts - criminals (in and out of prison), bikers and general "ner-do-wells" - it was the 1st time I had ever seen mug shots and obvious prison photos displayed so proudly on someone's web pages. Half the site was about people in prison, coming out of prison soon or just got out of prison, men and women.

My Opinion

Mind you I was no goody 2 shoes growing up ...at least I didn't think I was, but I or my family were never in jail..This is a total different way of life..lifestyle. It just scares the heck out of me..

Yes, busylady posted the links on one of her posts/see below.

Me too! I'm at a loss in terms of thinking this way. But, we know what we know and it cannot be discounted. I'm not on the bandwagon that believes LE is purposely misleading the public, but I do think they know more than they're saying - and for a reason!

I think so too..hence "Someone out there saw something...." statement by Brown..

Just for thought...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prison_gang
Many small prison gangs require members to recognize every other member of the organization. In larger prison gangs such as La Eme, gang tattoos are used for identification. The tattoo must be earned and anyone found with a prison gang tattoo that they didn't earn will usually have it removed, commonly by cutting it out or by using an iron

Marcos Salas, his family said, was trying to leave behind a gangland past.
In his younger years, he had been a member of a gang in Cypress Park and had gone to prison – once for drugs, then for attempted murder in a gang shootout.
But recently, the 36-year-old had retreated from it all to be with his family: his companion, six daughters and two granddaughters. Police said he had even been dropped from the state’s gang member registry.
On Thursday, his past seemingly caught up with him. A car full of youths approached him as he walked about noon in front of Aragon Avenue Elementary School to pick up his daughter. Without a word, they shot him 17 times as he carried his 2-year-old granddaughter. Only a chain-link fence separated the shooting scene from kindergartners at play.
Minutes later, a mile away, a wild shootout between police and the suspected gang members who fired on Salas shut down dozens of
