I peeked ahead, there was something in particular I was looking for an answer to and found myself reading that in last part of June (during the trial) CM called the SAO and asked about a plea deal! He then approaches Casey with it and she doesn't say a a word, just stares at him. This is what prompted the psych eval during the trial.

says OCA didn't cry when telling them her molestation lies, but sure did when JB presented that in OS..JA's conclusion- she was well coached.

When did Casey tell the prosecution about molestation? Did they ever have opportunity to question her after JB came on board? I thought NO. So it would have had to of been in the beginning or JA couldn't state about seeing her "not cry". I thought they only picked up on molestation theory a few weeks before trial through CA after JB had private meeting with her? Or, is it really that it WAS mentioned in the beginning?


ETA: Never mind. I see that he is talking about when she spoke to MH therapist not directly to PT. Sorry for my confusion lol.

LOL she sure is! Calling OCA pure evil! I don't watch her but am doing so today and she is spending a lot of time actually talking about specific things that are brought out in Mr. Ashton's book - which surprises me - for her.

I'm sure she was thinking, what you don't believe me JB believes every word I say. So if CM wanted her to take a plea, he has to think she's quilty. why would he ask an innocent person to take a plea.

??Again, JA is relaying what was in therapists' reports, NOT what he saw firsthand..

Because he didn't think the case was going well. Not an indicator whether or not he thought she was guilty.

Just jumping on as I saw JA on JVM and thought this was the most appropriate thread . . . since he is discussing his book. I haven't read the book . . . will probably pick up tomorrow.

JA was just discussing how KC was adamant that GA drown her while sexually abusing Caylee. . . . GA learned through his Atty (?) of this strategy by the defense and JA stood by to go back in to answer any questions the family members might have.

This is new to me, anyway.

Says CM signaled in several ways during the trial that he was bored, that it was not his case, it was JB's.

CM shrugged whenever Perry called out the DT, saying (JA quotes CM): "I keep trying to teach the boy the rules of evidence. "

Little blurb on HLN . . . JA is going to appear with Joy Behar tonight as well.

Call from Donza - NY . . . was there a time where JB questioned KC's truthfulness . . . JA won't speak for JB's thought process. . . commends JB for always fighting for KC . . . at some point JB looked @ the evidence and saw exactly what everyone else saw . . .

JA honestly doesn't like JB, slick, underhanded and doesn't shoot straight . . . JB responds when he tells his personal story he won't attack JA.

JA said he was not subtle with JB's honesty and candor with the court . . . if people pay $ to pay for JA's book they deserve the truth . . . what JA felt, thought, and the truth . . . most aggregious example what JB did to CA . . . scheduled a meeting with CA only and told CA merely that Caylee had died at the house and then told CA that the State was investigating GA for the death of Caylee (huge lie and just cruel) since JB knew at that time they were going to say GA killed Caylee and he was molesting her.

Underhandedness of JB.... JB hedged and merely told Cindy that Caylee died at the house and told Cindy that the STATE was investigating GEORGE. FALSE. The STATE never investigated George. LIE by JB to Cindy.

JVM asking JA if he could have done a better job of taking the jury to the spot where Caylee was found to match Casey cell phone pings. Pings only showed a close proxmity... not definitive.

JA unable to receive permission to get info from CA to get it in before the jury . . . JA might have put fewer of her friends to show the lies. . . . chloroform computer searches were an embarrassment. . .

Does this mean the 84 searches of chloroform was not correct after all?
