I happen to agree with the defense. I think the tiger/bear question does favor the defense. I didn't like the question when it was asked.

But the point that is missing is that the trauma DOES matter. The "triggering" event would change what "triggers" the anxiety and stress. If the trauma was a gun attack verses a knife attack what things that would trigger your memories of the attack would be different.

Let's look at the basics. A stranger attacking you or someone familiar to you. Your triggers and responses are going to be different because the stimuli are different. It's simple. And that's what DeMarte stressed.

If you are in bear country you are going to feel and respond differently than in tiger country depending on which one attacked you.

Not only is Dr G willfully indulging in bad reasoning, it's bad science.

That is exactly what I was thinking. Chris and Sky are letting out a lot of information of her scary bad behavior. She is really touchy about her "reputation" even now. She is so messed up.

Chris stated he will continue to talk until all of the stories are told.
To Jodi that is a lot like the time Travis said he was going to expose her to everyone. That would be right before she murdered him.

Jodi does not take kindly to someone talking about her. I am loving every minute of it becuase she is locked up and can't hurt anyone to make herself feel better. Not even Travis anymore, her story is done.

When DeMarte was on the stand, she and Juan went through the test questions, one by one. And she stated CLEARLY why she made her diagnosis, by discussing events from Jodi's life and words from her files. She explained to the jury WHY she thought it was BPD as opposed to PTSD.

This guy has not done that. He trashed Doc DeMarte for using a test that was a yr out of date. And trashed her for giving Jodi an aptitude test, to make sure she had the ability to comprehend the upcoming tests. Then he disagreed with her conclusions. But he has not made a solid case for WHY he disagreed. Just lots of self satisfied smiles and arrogance, imo.
