But he also goes last, correct? The jury retires to the jury room with JM's words fresh in their minds?

Yes! I'm glad he gets to go first on thursday though. He's going to be so impressive and the jury will have the whole night to think about what he said.

....ooooh...the old "spill the water so that I am more approachable to the common man" trick.....

Last week on the legal thread, I asked what the holding cells look like in Arizona. Katydid2 kindly sent these pics through. Thanks katydid2

OM gosh, that's ugly, and those hooked up hand cuffs have given me PTSD.

exhibit 541 profile results for this test. different format.

scored differently

75 is what we would call clinical cutoff

Idea is someone at 75 or above = someone to look at

validity scales whether the person is attempting to manipulate the scoring/testing

HOORAY!

New scores!

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Mods, don't snipe me for reporting the facts.

Witness has a drinking problem.

Geffner just spilled water on the work surface of the witness stand.

He's mopping it up with courtroom hotel tissues now.

Must SUCK for Jodi to have Deanna there listening to the good doctor analyze her mental state and her IQ.
LOVE that! I wish Deanna could've been there for Dr D talking about how immature and manipulative JA is.

Fact is killing and jail can cause anxiety, low self-esteem, submissive feeling
Fact is her fear, and repression scales were normal range - memory is just fine

See, thats my thing. These tests were given to Jodi AFTER the murder, WHILE SHE WAS IN JAIL. The tests are "supposed" to show her state of mind AT THE TIME OF THE MURDER. What the What????

JW - is this test going to be considered valid?

Dr. G - yes

So would anyone on the jury think Jodi sat down and made an attempt to be honest and forthright on these tests? I think they know she will lie to attempt to skew the test in whatever way will benefit her.
