How many hours of true testimony has the DT had with this guy? I really hope the Judge doesn't put the brakes on JM if its running even later than she wanted, due to DT droning on and on and on. I'm not seeing much fairness from the bench regarding the PT....

I hate to say this, but I sort of agree about Dr Demarte did show some lack of understanding about the MMPI and the use of subscales and even her not knowing what all the abbreviations used in the scales.

I agree minor. I remember it well... JW had to ask Dr. D to 'humour her' and they went through some of the scales.
