So how does that help the DT---why would she need to stab him if he was experiencing difficulties with movement and coordination ? And if he was disoriented, why wouldn't she just run away?

So he's a forensic specialist as well?

Then she should take control and say NO! God, Grow a Pair Judge!

The judge is in full control of that courtroom. Approaches are allowed for a reason.

Judge must be getting tired of these long sidebars. She should put a stop to it pronto.

If she does, she could be reversed. She has to allow the defense to make their record, no matter how nonsensical that record is.

I could listen to Juan cross for hours on end. This trial will be shown to law classes all over the US. This is how you cross examine. Priceless and such a gift Juan has.

I like it when he jumps in the weeds. He is going to get his points across no matter who likes it or not. That is why he is so successful. He is the master of his own ship and he is himself in every trial.

I had to endure Willmott for hours to get to this time. Juan never disappoints. I sit on the edge of my seat with my heart pounding in my chest because he is so real and so passionate. I have never seen a Prosecutor fight so hard for the victim.

I am in awe of Juan and I think he is the best I've ever seen and in over 20 years that is a lot of Prosecutor watching.

I agree. To me, he is incredibly brilliant and a fabulous cross examiner.

As for Dr G.. I think part of his demeanor is to me fact I'd almost bet $ he's from the south I noticed that earlier with the Yes Maam etc..

You know he came on board & to be honest I don't know if he got all the info on this case like I don't think ALV got all the info.. I think they're beholden to info they receive AND probably choosen because they 'specialize' or pidgeon holed into a certain area of practice so they don't deviate much from that area..

Trying to put square pegs in round holes because they almost fit if you wiggle it around a bit..
