And when she can't budge a witness, she STILL says "Ok", but it's more like "oooookaaay, it's YOUR funeral ..." as if the witness is being unbelievably foolish and they will pay for it and be PUNISHED because of it, when the truth is that SHE is the one who looks foolish, frustrated, and PETTY about not getting the answer she wants.

But...tonight, I think the witness really did stump JW.

My headache is getting worse. I wish this questioning would end so I can get some relief!

It may be the stress of this trial so chewing gum may help because it keep you from tensing up and clenching your jaw. Worth a try! It did for me.

Some things I'm looking forward to...a guilty of first degree murder charge, JA having to wear her prison uniform to all further court proceedings once she is found guilty and the speech JSS gives the murderess when she is sent to live in her tiny cell waiting for them to kill her.

Lets say that happened. JA shoots TA in the head and he "lunges" toward her, "like a linebacker tackle", to DISARM her. Then he was acting in self defense.:chillout I mean, what person will not try and save their life. OR was it a lunge or did TA fall in JA direction. Any scenario is pre-meditated murder. I personally think the gun jammed, and knife was used first. Think positive and positive things happen. YES, prayers are powerful also.

IF... a big, fat lying IF Jodi shot Travis first....Jodi thinks Travis falling on her is a "lunge" and if you re-listen to her testiphony, she even says stuff like this. He got up and lunged at me again. WTf? Probably stumbling around bleeding out from knife wounds, trying to escape her. I don't think people remember that chest wound enough, major damage done there.
Travis, putting his hands up and almost getting his thumb almost cut off with defensive wounds, is Travis fighting her. ...to Jodi and the defense. He was suppose to just lie there and let this psycho hack him to death.
I don't think the gun jammed, Jodi is a knife girl. Till she shot a man in the head and she liked it...bought herself a new, shiny 9mm and stole 2 more knives.

She started kind of slow but that last witness was excellent for the prosecution!!!

I think the last 3 witnesses were great for the State, those being

Dr Jill Hayes
Dr Horn
and the doctor that was on before Dr Horn, Dr Geffner

all great for the State!

I'm still shocked DT put on a surrebuttal case, Dr. G could not refute Dr. Horn's testimony medically, nor could he reasonably critique testing effectively because of course, as we all know, the testing is only 1 piece of the puzzle when evaluating someone. Bah, Surrebuttal really just strengthened the State's case.
