I hope the ADA closes his laptop before they get to photos of her body, considering her family is sitting right there.![]()
He's controlling the photos being displayed from the laptop.
As in the Cooper case, they will close the laptop when graphic photos are shown.
They never showed graphic photos on the screen in the Cooper case. They were all printed and shown physically, not digitally.
I do hope the same deference is shown for the families in this case.
