Freefallzzzz and I talked about this while walking around the school and we honestly couldn't think of a way a stranger could have gotten Kyron out of there unseen. The only thing we thought of is if they went through the back of the school to the woods. The grass back there was short when we were there, but we don't know how long it was on June 4th.

Here's some pics. The first two are taken from the blacktop area behind the school and the last one is taken of the back exit door of the school.

Personally, I think they're ruling out, and I think they're doing that based on questions the GJ jurors are asking.

LE hasn't told me (we the public) that a predator is ruled out, in fact, Gates said he can't rule out a stranger to stranger, which encompasses predator. So I'm still looking at Terri, but I also want to look more deeply at the predator angle too.

I don't think you need to delete your post, eyes. :)

Oh that's good BeanE - I find myself focusing on your tin foil hat so much that I miss your signature lines. lol

Gates may have said that he can't r/o a predator, but he certainly has not backed it up with action. And you're so right, the GJ is focused on Terri as the perp. LE seem convinced they have their perp.

I don't know how LE can choose a perp when they can't even name the crime...:(
 
These days people are so self-involved in their lives (walking while texting not even looking up, talking on the phone while walking to the car) it would be easy for a predator to walk out with a child without anyone noticing definitely.

I got this sick feeling, too. I looked at the first two, and couldn't even look at the third.
 
What do we know about search/tracking dogs? Were they brought in the school to search and were they used to search the grounds, and were there any hits? Could they tell if Kyron left the school on foot, or would there be too many scents with so many students? Just wondering.

If you look in the reference thread for the first press conference by Captain Gates, he mentions dogs brought in and no hits.
 
I was reading the first few threads of Kyron's forum and ran across this:

Medford police Detective Tony Young said he hopes that message will resonate within the community and that people will understand gang violence will not be tolerated.

"I think the judge sent a message with this verdict," said Young. "Read between the lines. (Reyes-Real) lost the best years of his life over a stupid act."

b) to see something else that is electric. What? Where? What is electric that is in the school? Outside the school?

c) a non-existent electric project. It was a ruse. To get Kyron to go where? Somewhere in the school? Somewhere just outside the school?


How does Kyron exit the building?

When Kyron exits the building, is he alive and walking? is he unconscious and concealed? Would he be concealed in something? Would he be in disguise? If concealed in something, what?


I'm way sleepy. Feel free to add, expand, whatever. I probably won't do much on this tonight. I will definitely be in here in the morning. :)

BeanE, I'm still having a hard time believing TP's interview's with media. If Tery dropped Kyron off in front of his class, so the children could be put in groups to tour with their class, why would TP go down the stairs at that time and not also go in to the class? He also made the statement, that after they got back in class the sub, or chaperon, made the statement, oh no wheres Kyron there's only 5. Wouldn't that indicate that Kyron was in the group when the tour started, and not there when it ended?

I wonder if LE has looked into this angle and if Tony offered up any info on people who might want to do him or his family harm.

I was just noting some things and asking questions off the top of my head as a way to get the discussion restarted.

We each get to interpret reports in whatever manner works for us, and to give as much or as little credibility to them as works for us.

For reference on TP:

Video 1:

- I went downstairs, and that was the last time I saw him and I never did see him after that.

- And she was like 'oh no where's Kyron there's only five' and Miss Porter's like it's alright calm down, calm down she's probably in the bathroom or getting a drink of water and she's like alright I'm gonna leave and she left.

Video 2 (reporter says TP saw Kyron around 8:45):

- And he walked by the hallway and I'm like, Hi, Kyron, and he's like, Hi. I'm gonna go see this cool one. Electric one. And I'm like, Alright, bye. And that's the last time I saw him. He never did make it back to class.

As of June 8th only 4 days after Kyron went missing.

They pretty much have stated it is not a stranger to stranger or Predator, by these statements.
Gates said in a press conference.

He added that parents in the area need not take extra precautions with their children.
Authorities have said since the earliest days of the investigation that they believe
Kyron's disappearance was an isolated case.
"There is no reason to believe that the kids are in any danger here," Gates said.

Which in my very Humble opinion is a Horrifying!!! They never looked..... hard at this possibility :cry:

Please put some reasons behind your theories. I didn't create this to make the case against the SM and family stronger, but to provoke more thought into the stranger abduction scenario.

For example, if it were a stranger abduction, I don't know why they would have TM's pics on flyers?

Or, I might think it was a stranger abduction because another student said they saw TM leave without Kyron that day. Just some examples.

There is a possibility that this was a 'stranger' abduction.

1). The case of Stacy Wilmoth just to the immediate east of Portland and in EQUAL DISTANCE from Portland to the east and Skyline from Portland to the west. For some reason on this forum this fact just completely gets over looked and people will not even CONSIDER the possiblity.


2). Children get abducted from very busy MALLS, MAINSTREETS and in front of CONVENIENCE stores.




There is a possiblity.


This wouldn't be the first time LE was WRONG and looked in the WRONG direction. They are trained to investigate in a certain way and they just seem unable to investigate in any other way.

And in the case of Kayleah Wilson, LE came out and clearly stated that "there is no evidence of foul play or of an abduction". We now know this not to be true.

WHY LE makes these ridiculous statements is beyond me. When a small child is missing, a child that in no way could survive on his or her own and they are gone for days, LE will state that there is no evidence of an abduction, no evidence of foul play. I have grown to DETEST this statement.

I'm not implying in any way that I feel you are wrong. I was just bouncing off your post to let you know, I, personally am having a hard time with TP's statements and they don't quite make sense to me.
