If you had scrolled down and read the article one was transgender. The commune was created in 1968 and is run by a trust. I assume that means someone donated and placed the land in a trust for future occupants. Work the land and live free. MOO

It won't help with the federal charges. It won't help with the statutory rape charges. Their testimony would hurt the defense as to those charges.

Statutory rape by authority figure is a Class C felony. 3-15 years in prison in TN.

Aggravated statutory rape in TN is a Class D felony. 2-12 years.

If he has a multitude of charges and he is found guilty, will those charges run concurrently in prison, or does it depend on what the individual charges are?

Same here. We don't consume it because it's incredibly high in saturated fats, but we do use it on our skin and hair. I've never used it in my " flower bed"", but I have heard it will weaken latex, so...umm...if it's a requirement that you wear gloves when gardening, skip the coconut oil.

Federal usually trumps state. So usually state time runs concurrent with federal. Jmo.

But federal is better since he would have to serve 85% at minimum.

Because I hate when the state gives someone 10 years. But they are out in 4.

I think because she was found in California with him and seen on video at the Oklahoma Walmarts, I would think that would seal some of his fate right there...,

I hate the fact taxpayers will pay for housing, food and medical care for this pervert trash during his prison stay. He will be separated from other inmates have his own cell, 24/7 escorted protection by deputies since this is a high profile case sexual assault charges against a minor. Inmates want to have at it with prisoners who have committed crimes against a child but unfortunately he will have security wherever he goes. I do know this for fact as my nephew and a friend of mine are correctional officers and another friend is in prison.

Another words he will be protected from general population.
