The red truck:
"...A release from the TBI Newsroom states that over the course of the investigation, authorities learned that a Toyota pickup truck was seen near Beech Creek Road and Ben Hill Road on either Monday, June 14 or Tuesday, June 15..."
A possible scenario is the red truck was seen on both June 14 and June 15. If the driver of the red truck is significant in the disappearance of Summer, he/she could have surreptitiously staked out the home on the 14th, and driven away with Summer on the 15th.
Perhaps she/he even spent the night of the 14th in the truck, and abducted Summer on the 15th, spying on the family from the bushes on both days.
I read somewhere Summer's bedroom is in the basement. I can't find the link, but I do remember it was on MSM, for whatever that may be worth.
If someone familiar with the family, and the property, knew Summer's bedroom was in the basement, it's not likely, but it is possible that he/she hid in the basement awaiting Summer.
Even if he/she knew Summer didn't sleep in the basement, but did play there, the same scenario is possible.
I realize we know nothing at all, yet I find myself amongst those who consider the most likely reason for Summer's disappearance is her abduction by someone familiar with both the family, their house layout, and the property.
May the great Spirit guide the searchers, and whomever is responsible for her disappearance.
