How creepy is it to imagine this guy meeting privately with JA and her 'regaling him' ad nauseum about her sex life?? So gross...

Not going to dis him for his work with transgenders, but why is he not published in the burgeoning, up and coming area of research?

How does one transition from working with transgenders to working with PTSD veterans? That makes absolutely no sense.

I agree, however, he seems to be all over the place .

We need a side by side of Gus and this guy
When I pulled up this psychologist's website last night - thats's the first thing I did: I pulled both of their photos; and i asked my husband - "Is it just me, or do these two guys look like twins?":floorlaugh:

Oh FFS, listen, I've had lots of sex, which makes me an expert on matters of copulation. AND I've read TIME and Glamour, and Vogue etc and taken numerous "is your man cheating?" tests - I do believe I can be an expert witness thankyouverymuch.

Has anybody find out why he really doesn't practice in NJ? They really skimmed over that...

"i turned down cases that didnt involve the private parts of crazy girls"....

"Most of the time I'm hired by the defense. I've turned down a few cases when I felt I couldn't help them"

Most of the time, I am hired by the defense because they pay the most money and believe my crap.

Stay focused on the big picture, folks.

All the elements that go to premeditation days before the slaughter.

All the elements of post-crime coverup.

All of it. The jury has seen this all up close and personal. They will have the evidence right at hand during deliberations. You give me a randomly selected group of folks who will overwhelmingly agree that those wounds in Travis's back were created by an attacker who was in "self defense mode," and I will gladly sell you a bridge in Arizona.

So good to see you!

Is anyone else noticing how the color is back in Jodi's face and she is looking well rested?

Her testimony put her under a tremendous amount of stress - will she be forgetting that too????
If Jodi has PTSD, I would expect her to be so triggered from all the pictures being shown that she would have to testify in a straight jacket.

Sex therapist? OMG! I'm reminded of my college days at one of the UC campuses in CA. I was assigned a vocational counselor, a PHD in psychology who also taught classes in psychology. Turns out he was a 'sex therapist'. Being young and naive, I had no idea what that was until he offered me a job as a 'sex surrogate'. He expained that it was an experimental program he was conducting off campus. I reported him to the Dean of Students. He was subsequently investigated, arrested, charged with running a prostitution ring involving young women from campus, and sent to prison for 25 years!

<mod snip>

This witness must have a hypnotic effect on Jodi. She can barely keep her eyes open and looks ready to nod off at any moment.

December 16th 2009. Right after the birth of the pedo / self defence story.

He's very self impressed.

Yes he is. There are psychology professionals who also must take rigid testing to acquire licensing like Addiction Specialist. In Kentucky is one of the most rigid requirement to acquire license in Addiction Specialist: Testing, Six Peer Oral Testing, Case Review. If you pass all these then you can get your license. Then must have 100 continuing license thereafter.

Kentucky was the first state in the country to have such rigid license requirement in the 90's.

So he isn't such a hot shot with his licensing BS. SO THERE!! HAHAHAHA

This really pizzes me off. She is not claiming mental incapacity or disorder or anything. He is only testifying to explain why she has fog and no memory. (Yeah right) It seems misleading because he is a psychologist explaining disorders. She has no disorders except being a murdering liar.

Did he just say "client" instead of "patient?" Small slip there, Dr. Samuels! :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

I think that is actually accepted terminology for this field of medicine. In nursing school a lot of my text books called the patient "client" as well.
