Miss Thang is in a "fog" about June 4th...how is this schmaltz gonna have anything to say???

Freak show!!

In watching Jodi - I'm wondering what about this testimony is making her appear so nervous and agitated today. Considering all the intense prior testimony re the actual premeditation and murder today seems to be the least composed I have ever seen her.

Maybe she just has PMS. They might want to keep her away from sharp objects such as pencils and pens.

Sounds like the DT is changing their strategy from self-defense to a mental health defense or whatever it's called in AZ. :moo:

To do that would take a lot of pre-trial preparation with both sides being included in evaluations, and a psychologist certifying her "legally insane" before trial, I think...

But she's using self-defense defense, not insanity defense. I guess when one avenue doesn't work, they back up, shift gears, and take the other fork, huh?

She doesn't want to be considered "crazy." She doesn't even want it to be inferred. :twocents:

If he compares this murdering, pathologically lying psycho to a Soldier again I am gonna fly down there and slap him across his face :slap:

Anger makes a person shake too ...:(

So would, ambushing and murdering an innocent person in their shower as they bathed then, continue on as if everything were copacetic. That would cause shaking too I suspect.

The jury doesn't give a DAMN about this nimrods testimony. It does NOT apply and is simply a waste of time, money and resource. They don't care about Jodi's frame of mind (or lack of consciousness). They are here to try a murder case in which, she confessed to and determine whether it was premeditated.

These public defenders get paid by the hour. Quite the incentive to keep this rolling along at a snails' pace! Ca-ching!!!

Of course he can analyze crime scene photos! He stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night!

This trial is like a bad car crash...I try and try not to look and keep up with it but I just can't help myself.

She is being sneaky.

Right?????!!!! Totally being sneaky.

I hope Judge Stephens lays into her. If they wanted this in they shouldn't have withdrawn their motion.

I can't believe the Judge even needs a sidebar about this. He is not a crimescene analyst. I really don't understand.

Can't JM complain? This is so not right this judge is pathetic

This is not the judge's fault. Wilmott is trying to sneak this in, and Juan objected and asked to approach. Let's see what happens.

So, this guy seems to be implying that yes indeed she has a mental health issue. I understand they can find her guilty of something other than Murder 1 but the insanity or crime of passion? Can they even do that?

So did the defense just drop the argument for getting the slides in, but are still trying to get the content of them in? Is that what's going on? So dirty.

Michael Kiefer @michaelbkiefer

Two female jurors in the back row are whispering to each other and laughing. A male juror is staring at the gallery. The rest seem bored.
